Why people believe they love ones, looking down on them smiling

I don't strive for myself, my life I give to the world. But you do not understand that

Jesus tells us to be like him
Missing the point as usual, making it all about YOU.

Answer the question with regards to Salvation as a specific topic.

When a person accepts Jesus as Lord and savior the forgiveness of the sins is up to that point everything that you've done in your past the percent of Adam everything up to that point is Forgiven now it's up to us to continue to strive as Paul States just drive to be holy before God. Jesus tells us be holy as I am Holy. He's not saying that you're going to remain holy as I am Holy but it will you need to try to be holy as he is holy. The once they've always saved crowd feels that once you accept Jesus as your lord and savior you can do no wrong and that's a false statement right there. The fact is that you can do wrong and you can do some severe things wrong. It doesn't stop you from being a member of the flock and God's going to go way out of his way to help you but you can go to the point of rejecting God just like Judas did.

Understand that Judas Iscariot was one of those that was sent out in twos to go to the town and to preach and to remove demons from people and to heal people Jesus gave them the authority to do these things. And when they came back to Jesus they were ecstatic about all of the crazy things they had been doing. Jesus told them not to rejoice about all the things that they were doing but to Rejoice that their names were written in heaven.

This includes Judas Iscariot, his name was written in heaven Jesus said it himself. But he threw it away because he thought he had a better way to bring Jesus into the light of the Pharisees. He thought he could manipulate everything bringing Jesus to his crown as king of the Jews. And he betrayed Jesus in doing so.

Now remember Peter and Judas both rejected Jesus. But the difference between the two is what we need to pay attention too, where Peter repented from what he did, weeping bitterly. Where Judas hung himself. This is the difference between taking it upon yourself versus bringing it to God seeking his forgiveness of your sins.

So even though a person receives Jesus as Lord they still have to strive for the glory of Heaven and to be with the Father.

Now God knows us, he understands us and our failings. And even though we strive we still sin doesn't stop us from saying knowing God, knowing who Jesus is. We just have to keep reaching out to Jesus daily if we can seeking his forgiveness from our stupidity.

Purgatory is God's grace to us. Because you have to be perfect going into heaven, there is no sin in heaven. Think of it like being ritually pure. You have to be ritually pure to be in heaven.
Thanks Bill for explaining that Purgatory to me, I understand now but personally I wouldn't use that word purgatory or rapture. I notice these words are being use instead of actual Bible terminologies and people have different meaning to them as well, which is another reason. I agree with most of your post, specially OSAS I believe is a doctrine of devils, because Jesus said with his own mouth; (Matt. 24:13) But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. That is until the end of your life, or until the Second Coming of the Lord. People are being taught that once you are quote “saved” that you can never fall to the spiritually lost condition.

Now Paul said in (Rom. 3:23-25) (v.23) For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. (v.24) Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: (v.25) Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God.

So the bible tells you to repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost." (Acts 2 :36-38). And by doing so you come up under his precious blood and then you are saved from your sins that are past, not present or future sins but for sins that are past. We were all locked under death by Adam’s sin, even the second death, which is the lake of fire. But when Jesus became (he was God in the beginning) man and died for the sins of the world, he gave us access back to the tree of life (himself) which Adam had caused us to lose. That’s what grace is, our free gift our access back to the tree of life but that’s another lesson for another time.

So by coming under the blood of Jesus being baptize, you are saved from your past sins. And if you are saved now, it is on a day to day basis. Because for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God (Romans 23:3), and if you continue to live you will sin again.

So your continued striving, then, is for the purpose of your own salvation, yes?

How is that not selfish?

And can anything that is selfish count as merit toward salvation?

I would think if the power to both hear the living will of God and perform it according to the good purpose of his "Let there be will" (Philippians 2:12) and that Let there be faithful power accompanied those born again from above

It reminds them God is keeping track He knows when his power goes out or when men harden their own hearts

:Hebrew 6:9-10; But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak.
;For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.

Not according to dying mankind no power from Christ

All those "saints" who have lived in the world. Nothing is about them, everything is given to the Lord. I have been blessed to know a few

Thank you for your non-explanation. I'm sure you have some snow to shovel.

Even you my friend, will enjoy it. Just remember it has to be given to everyone who asks, even your enemies

Can a person endure to the end if Christ in us has not begun the good work of salvation to begin with?

Is your confidence Christ the Holy Spirit or the flesh of dying mankind?

Philippines 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Ask your own self. Who is your confidence?

I would like to hear which of Todays' Denominations is correct in Their belief? ?
Which One of These was in existence in The Time of Jesus Christ on this Earth?

If no answer can be found to This question; Then who is correct in Their Chruch Denomination?

No denomination existed during the time of Jesus. But Jesus did give the authority to Peter to begin his church on Earth

The Lord showed me once did all the churches and all the individuals who had their own system of thinking. That they are all like children, bickering back and forth. Each saying that I know God and you don't.

The Lord also showed me that in all of the churches there were many many people who loved him, and God loved them all

And what did Peter do
He denied Jesus
Three times.

Jesus also said to Peter
Get behind me Satan.

Was Peter possessed with Satan?
Or was he Satan?

Really?
Where is that Church?
We're on all the Earth
Is any of them churches
Any of them started back then
Where are they today
Point it out to me.

Niether, he was affected like everyone. A thought came into Peter's mind, and Peter being his impulsive self, blurted out without thinking. Jesus "get behind me Satan" was a tough leason to learn for Peter, but it is a leason we need to all learn. Think before speaking.

It is important to put our faith in God versus jumping to conclusions on a whim. Or you may hear Jesus words echoing in your mind. "Get behind me Satan"

You are denying the word

Paul says in (Rom. 11:22) Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off. You had better continue in God’s goodness or you will be cut off. This is also the writing of thee Apostle Paul. You must continue to keep God’s laws if you expect to receive salvation.

You should start a thread. (Nick would love to help out.)

which of Todays' Denominations is correct in Their belief? ?
None of them.

A bit of truth here and there scattered like crumbs on the floor.

Which One of These was in existence in The Time of Jesus Christ on this Earth?
According to the historian Josephus (alive at the time) there were four distinct denominations of Judaism. The Pharisees and the Sadducees had been assassinating each other for over 150 years by the time of Christ.

AND... none of these four were correct either.

... completely correct.

Only Jesus in His teachings.

Rhema --

I read many of Your replies in Here. How did You become so rich in Your knowledge? ?
Guidance by the Holy Spirit, and many, many years of reading and thinking and praying.

If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
(James 1:5 KJV)

I stared asking that when I was eight. Each and every night. (You can too.)

Thank you kindly,
Rhema

Now that's funny
It made me smile too, since God has appointed me to be RIGHT.

(Careful, that might just slay you with laughter.)
