Why people believe they love ones, looking down on them smiling

No denomination existed during the time of Jesus. But Jesus did give the authority to Peter to begin his church on Earth
No Bill, he didn't.

I know that's what you were taught, but that's not what the Greek text actually says.
(Unless you're citing John 21:15.)

Yes he did and no, not John 21:15.

Matt 16:18 (CEV) So I will call you Peter, which means “a rock.” On this rock I will build my church, and death itself will not have any power over it.

Paul says in (Rom. 11:22) Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off. You had better continue in God’s goodness or you will be cut off. This is also the writing of thee Apostle Paul. You must continue to keep God’s laws if you expect to receive salvation.
Yes, Christ in us yoked with him. Christ also informs us If he has begun the good work of salvation in us, he will finish .

He is the "let there be" and "it was God alone good God "

Christ said finishing is better the beginning just as patience is better than false pride.

Philipians 1:6;Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Who is your confidence in ?

I would like to hear which of Todays' Denominations is correct in Their belief? ?
Which One of These was in existence in The Time of Jesus Christ on this Earth?

If no answer can be found to This question; Then who is correct in Their Chruch Denomination?
There is no correct church denomination. We serve a Greek Aoratos (invisible) God who personally works in every believer.

We are to beware of those called the confederacy they say we must serve the denominations as those who compare themselves the things seen temporal historical to the things seen like the Nicolaitanes in Revelation 2. worshiping dying mankind. No love of the word.

They were honoring dying mankind Nicodemus the preacher and not the living words he preaches. Believers can preach. Christ in us alone is the one good teaching master comforter and guide who also brings to our memory the previous things he has taught (John14)

Isaiah 8:12 Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid.

2 Corinthians 10:12 For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.

The kingdom of God that works in those yoked with Christ does not come by looking what the eye sees the historical temporal dying.

Parables must be rightly divided or interpreted or no gospel rest .He has given the us the most valuable mixing tools needed to interpret the parables which without he spoke not. Not even once. . hiding the gospel or spiritual unseen understnding

Note. . . Bold Black temporal historical things what the eyes see

Note. . . Bold Red eternal things not seen by the eye

2 Corinthians 4:18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

The Greek Aoratos (invisible) kingdom of God is among us because of His presence in us

Luke 17:19-219Jesus said to him, “Get up and go [on your way]. Your faith [your personal trust in Me and your confidence in God’s power] has restored you to health.”;Now having been asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He replied, “The kingdom of God is not coming with signs to be observed or with a visible display; 21 nor will people say, ‘Look! Here it is!’ or, ‘There it is!’ For the kingdom of God is among you [because of My presence].”

it is one of the reasons we are informed when we sit down with a cup of coffee and share the gospel with a stranger it could be a brother or sister in the lord that might have something for both all gifts are twofold .

For some reason most translations call the apostles angels a fake word Most like to establish their confederacy worshiping the dying flesh of denominations like the Nicolaitanes

Hebrews 13:2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels (apostles sent messenger) unawares.

And what did Peter do
He denied Jesus
Three times.

Jesus also said to Peter
Get behind me Satan.

Was Peter possessed with Satan?
Or was he Satan?
This is the perfect example that "All" fall short of the glory of God when they try to do it on their own.
Even those thought of Jesus, could not do it by themselves.
Only by their belief in Jesus, are they granted to receive the One who can help them, and as you know that is the Holy Spirit.

With the Love of Christ Jesus.

Matt 16:18 (CEV) So I will call you Peter, which means “a rock.” On this rock I will build my church, and death itself will not have any power over it.
Clueless as usual, but you're pathologically incapable of even thinking you might be wrong.

You have a good day.

And Jesus answering said to him: Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-Jona: because flesh and blood hath not revealed it to thee, but my Father who is in heaven. And I say to thee: That thou art Peter (πετρος); and upon this rock (πετρα) I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
- Matthew 16:17-18 DRB

The revelation by the Father is the THIS ROCK. Read the DANG TEXT. It doesn't say, "the gates of hell shall not prevail against you (Peter)." And it says I (Jesus) will build my church, not Peter.

πετρος is masculine
πετρα is feminine.

So it can't mean Peter, unless you make Peter a transgender.
(One of these days, you'll learn not to step in it.)

Paul says in (Heb. 3:14) For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end; You must believe in what you are doing that’s what faith is, you most be confident unto the end. You must keep God’s law until death or until the coming of the Lord, if you expect salvation.

There are two ways to read this and both are fine. There is no need to get rude and throw a childish tantrum. The truth seems to be an amalgamation of both.

1. The name Peter literally means a rock. Jesus changed Simons name to Peter for a reason, surely.

2. If we read a few verses before as you quoted, we see that this is actually Christianity 101 and a very important passage to consider. Peter, his faith, his revelation from above of Jesus being the Messiah and the gospel he would teach (the word of God, the truth, aka Jesus, aka God), could all be said to be 'the rock' upon which the church would be built.

Scripture calls Christians living stones in 1 Pet 2:5. Jesus is called both a rock 1 Cor 10:4 and the chief cornerstone Eph 2:20. The gospel / bible / truth / word of God that Peter would teach is called God in John 1:1 and God is also called our rock in Psalm 18:2. Them we also have 1 Cor 12:3, very similar to Matt 16:17-18 that clearly states that nobody can call Jesus Lord, IE nobody can become a Christian unless they receive a revelation from above / the Holy Spirit.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Psalm 18:2 The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer;

1 Cor 10:4 and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank from the spiritual Rock that followed them, and the Rock was Christ.

1 Cor 12:3 Therefore I want you to know that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says, “Jesus be cursed,” and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.

God = Jesus = Bible = rock = teaching that Peter was chosen to pioneer! Probably why Jesus called him, Peter, the rock.

I am going to get some popcorn as I will bet on you now typing some rude non trinitarian reply.....

I asked Jesus about this
I wanted to know what he had
to say about it.

I was shocked at what
He said to me.

He said to me
When I asked him about Peter
He just said
Peter took a sword
an cut off a man's ear.

That's all Jesus
said to me.

I left it at that.

Why would you be shocked about what's been written in Scripture?

It is Beyond your understanding.
How is reading the scripture beyond my understanding. It's plain simple written for everyone to read. I thought maybe that if Jesus was talking to you he might tell you something new versus quoting from the scripture which was written hundreds of years ago.

You asked me why I did such and such.
The answer to your question
Is beyond your understanding
And all it will do is lead to another stupid question then if I answer it it'll just lead to another stupid question.

So I just tell you
It's beyond your understanding

And even that led to another stupid question

And I do thank you for that insult as it is Sweet Honey to the ears .

I have been blessed

in the Lord by my

with you.

You just do not have the
understanding and the knowledge
of the wisdom I am using
To enrich myself in the Lord
By my association to you..
