@Wired 4 Fishen,
Brother please simply stop saying I said things I never did.
Brother no offense but it is you who are confusing things. You keep saying others are saying things they are not.
Why? Why can you not reply with and to what is said in a post?

It's getting old but I am sure everyone will agree, we forgive you and hold no aught against you.
Blessings

You are telling me I am not replying to the post according to your standards. That tells me I am not answering questions and posts presented to me.

You are telling me I'm confusing things - when once again, you choose not to clear things up and answer the questions I've requested so we can reason through scripture. I really don't become offended because you are not inside of me, only Satan tries to cause me to lose my peace and I know emotion is a lie so I don't.

You are so busy trying to prove everyone wrong that you are not even paying attention.

Here is a prime example.
You must not be taking every thought captive because your thoughts are directing you wrong.

You are reading into what is said and turning it into something else that's not said.

Again I have not said any of this but I have said you change what is said

@Bendito,
Let me ask you again... Jesus said He did many things on the cross; which applies to you?
Healed from sin
Sins blotted out
Freed from sin
Saved from sin
Sin has been cancelled
Sanctified from sin forever
Purged from sin once for all
Dead to sin (not alive to sin)

This is just a few of what scripture said Jesus did on the cross. If you answer anyone of these you would be denying your intellect; not scripture.

@Bendito,

The law of sin is as Paul and other scriptures describe it. The law of sin made a man conscious of sin and imputed sin unto him. The scriptures below gives the understanding of the law of sin.

Rom 3:19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

If you were "UNDER" or "JUSTIFIED" by the law, it told you that you've sinned.

Gal 3:19 Why then serve the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.

Rom 5:20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence (sin) might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:

The law was added to show a man what sin was. Paul said he had not known sin but by the law, he had not known lust except the law said thou shall not covet (Rom. 7:7). Israel was married to the law. The law imputed sin unto a man as well as the punishment for their sin (law of sin and death (Rom. 6:23). The Judicial Law, Ceremonial Law, Sacrificial Law and the Royal Law were in union as one voice. If you break one of these laws, you have broken all 600 however many laws were on the books (Jam. 2:10). This is the law of sin and death. You could not have sin without death. But the law moderated what sin was and what punishment was associated with that sin.

1Co 15:56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

I’ve always look at the strength of sin as the power of sin. The reason sin does not have dominion over you, or power over you is because you are not “under” the law that told you you’ve sinned.

Rom 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not "UNDER" the law, but "UNDER" grace.

Jesus is not imputing sin unto a believer and the law of justification has been removed throiugh Jesus Christ on the cross. Sin does not have power over any believer because they are no longer justified by the law. The law cannot tell you that you’ve sinned. When a man was under the law, the law was his schoolmaster and spanked their behind as Nuns did for those that went to Cathlic School.

Gal 3:23 But before faith (Jesus Christ) came, we were kept “UNDER” the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.

Gal 3:24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

Gal 3:25 But after that faith (Jesus) is come, we are no longer “UNDER” a schoolmaster.

The law cannot tell a believer they sin. This is the law of sin; and the law also condemned a man for their sin; which is where death was imposed.
What I asked was...What is the law...What does the law say?

I'm not trying to prove any person wrong, I'm the one saying what scripture teaches but no one is answering my question.

Since you are speaking like you know something; answer these questions. If you cannot don't reply to my post if you don't like what I say.

Where in scripture does it teach Jesus is imputing sin to believers?
Where in scripture does it teach Jesus has not taken away sins?
Where in scripture does it teach a believer is not made free from sin?
Where in scripture does it teach a believer is not healed from sin?
Where in scripture does it teach sin has not been removed from believer?

Anwer any of these questions so we can have a true scriptural conversation.

@Bendito,
Simply, the law tells a person under it they've sinned and punishes you for that sin. This is the law of sin and death.

Rom 3:19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

Jam 2:9 But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.

@Bendito,
If God was imputing sin unto you, He would tell you that you've sinned. God is not imputing sin to you and telling you that you've sinned.

Rom 4:8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

2Co 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

Rom 5:13 (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.

Where there was no law, God did not impute sin. When Israel became under the law sin was imputed and accounted to them. God concluded them to have sinned and punished them for their sins.

I'm still wondering though about some things.....Power of sin? The law of sin....What do they say it is? And why? It looks like povawige and regibassman57 are teaching spiritual chaos.
That happens a lot when one tends to use single scriptures together to make their case.

It is also impossible to fellowship when one reads things into what is said.

The word Law seems to be a hang up as well. Seems Gods NT laws are getting lumped together with the old law and they can't grasp the difference.

Any who, it's become tiresome
Blessings to ya!

This is heresy. If God was imputing sin unto you, which He does not, He would tell you. "If you confess your sins, I am faithful and just to forgive you your sins, and to cleanse you from all unrighteousness....I go by the Word, not by heretical teachings.
But again....that is not the law of sin.....The law of sin is...The wages of sin is death. And Jesus saved us from the penalty of that law by dying for us.

I use you and this fourm to challenge myself in Satan's emotional temptations as fiery darts that he brings to me throuh games Satan influences people to play. The people are not my problem, but Satan is. This is why I joy in games that you and others folks may play but you are not my problem. Everytime I'm challenged with a emotional temptations of foolishness I win. As I continue to resist the devil He will flee from me, in this life, forever.

Jam 1:2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
Jam 1:3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
Jam 1:4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

1Pe 5:10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

Yup...Satan has you dancing his jig like a marionette. Its past time you got on your own knees and sought out the savior. I did a study one time on the symptoms of deception. What does a person in deception do? How do they treat others? How do they see others? How do they take correction? and other like questions...My friend....You are in deep deception. I know, you don't see it because that's what deception does. If you could see it, you would drop this stuff like its the stuff it is. I've learned you can't use words like 'fertilizer' to describe the stuff....so I'll just the word 'stuff'

Sin and death has been taken away. Not sin only and not death only (Rom. 8:2). God has already told you He's cleansed you from "ALL" sin the first time you came to HIm, but you refuse to believe His word. If you went by the word you would boldly say you are free from sin. You choose not to change your view and say what Jesus has truly done for you.

Sin still runs rampant in the world....It's not taken away. Death has not been taken away....you see people dying every day. Even Christians....

You're too busy formulating arguments....I agreed that I'm free of the wages of sin. I also agreed that I'm washed from all stain of sin and I AM the righteousness of God in the Anointed One and His anointing

See? Now you're starting to say things that are blatantly untrue....Lies are sin.

You are not washed from the stain of sin because you sin. Jesus said He has sanctified believers from sin once for all and redeemed them Eternally through His blood when a believer first comes to Him.

Heb 9:12 Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.

Heb 10:10 By the which will we (believers) are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

Jesus did what the blood of bulls and goats could not do, and that was take away sins (Heb. 10:3, 4; Acts. 13:39; Rom. 8:3). Scripture teaches if it was possible for bulls and goats to take away sin, the worshipers would not have had a consciousness of sin (Heb. 10:2). I don't have a consciousness of sin because of what Jesus has done for me. I understand my unfruitful works to be wrong, and therefore I repent from unfruitful works in order to learn to bring forth the character of Christ. Sin has defilement and evil fruit attached to it, as well as death. Unfruitful works has no fruit period (this is Grace). A believer is empty of a active Righteous character if they have no fruit; but they are righteous in postition in God's sight. God is not imputing sin unto believers which makes them unfruitful if they are without the fruit of Christ's character.

You must learn to walk by faith in what God's word says. You see things after the flesh which is why you cannot believe what Jesus has said He's done concerning sin. The just shall live by faith, not by sight. God calls those things which be not as though they were, this is why He calls (what was known as sin), "unfruiful works." Your intellect is affecting you because you see things after the flesh and believe you are in the flesh. The only way a person can sin is if they are "IN" the flesh. A believer is not in the flesh, but in the Spirit if God's Spirit dwells in them (Rom. 8:9).

Peiople are dying everyday, robbing stealing, killing, etc. Unbelievers are judged and condemned in their sins; believers have not been judged for their unfruitful works yet. In the time when God shall judge His Church, He will gather out of His Kingdom every believer that commits unfruitful works and chose not to develop the character of Christ.

Mat 13:40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.
Mat 13:41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
Mat 13:42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Mat 13:47 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind:
Mat 13:48 Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away.
Mat 13:49 So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,
Mat 13:50 And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
