OT verse NT

This is the reason we have to separate OT from NT. Yes, God always wanted a relationship with the Jews as He does with all of us. But the curse of the law, created an adverse relationship with many. A forced relationship.

This is a very interesting point.
Do you feel that the NT is still "forcing" obedience to God?

I feel that the NT is "allowing" us to have a relationship with God by "allowing" us to walk in the Spirit instead of in the "flesh".
Those walking in the Spirit do by nature the things that God wants us to do.
