Those verses speak of the temporal body in which the power of the Holy Spirt works in . They have power of thier own self. In the new heavens and earth there will be no temple
2 Corinthians 4:7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
That Holy Spirit in the temporal body(ies) is the Father and the Son forming a new, immortal body(ies). This is creation at work, which has been obscured by the translators, modern day pharisees, of the Scripture. There is a beginning of creation, natural man, and an ending of creation, the Spiritual man. He, the Creator is now creating the new man in the dying creation(the old man). The Witness(Anointed-One) is in the eklesia, the called-out ones, not the church. Put aside all that you’ve been taught by man(carnal-man), and forget all that you’ve learned through tradition, and learn afresh the Word(Spirit of the Holy-One), Yahusha HaMashiach. He is speaking to the called(eklesia) of God, writing His words on our hearts and minds. Thus we speak. The witness(mark) of the Savior(Yahusha) is the Spirit(Words) of prophecy. If you are rejecting His Spirit(Yahusha/the Anointed-One), being written on your heart and mind, you will be fearfully trembling before the Master on judgment day. By the way, that “excellency of power”, if you look at and study verses 5 and 6, that is, ask the Father for understanding, He will give His Spirit(Word/Truth), in order that you will be able to come to know that it, the power, is our Savior the Anointed-One. He is the resurrection and the life, creating in us a body that pleases Him. Psalm 117 2 Tim. 2:15,16; 3:16,17

Are you preaching to me or to yourself with these fancy Christianese? The only criteria of this new birth is the anointing of the Holy Spirit. This is simple, but crucial and also tricky. A lot of folks might be attending church and doing charity all their lives, and yet they are fallen into the category of the the second or the third kind of soil in which the seed of gospel has no growth. Jesus had a lot of followers during his ministry, but none of them - 12 disciples included - were truly born again until the Pentecost. In Revelation, five out of the seven church congregations were not born again, they've fallen away from faith. Some of the individuals among them still have a chance for redemption, hence "he who has an ear let him hear."

"Christianese" is a subset of language specifically used in communication within some smarmy Christians in the church. Jargons like "born of God", "born again" or "born from above" are typical Christianese that causes confusion instead of preaching the gospel and reaching to more people. Lots of folks who brand themselves "born-again Christians" have already brought a bad rap to this term. I don't know any pastor or even theologeon who talks like you did in your last post. With all due respect and in my humble opinion, that's kind of preaching to the choir and counterproductive.
The only truth I know from the Scripture is that our new spiritual life starts with the anointing - or baptism - of the Holy Spirit. That even applied to Jesus, the Man of God Himself. Yes, He was born of the Holy Spirit, but he had been working as a carpenter and known as a good student of the Scripture until He received the Holy Spirit at about 30, then He started His ministry.
So then was Jesus the son of man born again like other humans ?
The new word or promised name the father named the believers as the wife of Christ has a meaning attached. Christian literally meaning . . . residents of the city of Christ prepared as the bride of Christ named after her husband the founder Christ.

See, I told you don't be too stuck with this term. Call it whatever you like, the Holy Spirit descended upon him like a dove when he was about 30 (Luke 3:22-23), that's the fact, whereas "born again" was more or less an analogy in a private conversation with Nicodemus.

Born again was never spoken by the Savior. It is a deceiving spirit(lying word). He said “begotten or generated from above.” He was brought forth by the woman, and is the firstborn out of dead ones(bodies). We are presently being generated in the Anointed-One(Messiah) and will be born out of our dead bodies, collectively, not individually, at the last day, the resurrection power which is and has been working in man since nearly 2000 years. Thus will our change come(Job 14:14,15). “The Anointed-One in you, the Expectation of glory(resurrection-life).” The Father is creating man in His Image(Anointed-One), thus bringing man to a pleasing quality, and fulfilling prophecy(Gen. 1:26). The purpose of this analogy is to demonstrate that you yourself can make no contribution to your own birth, you can’t work your way up to receive a spiritual birth just as much as you can’t crawl back into your mother’s womb to have another physical birth.
Nicodemus did not perceive in that way. Read that retort by him and you can’t help but notice the key word used by him and repeated by the Savior. What is the key word? “entering”!!! To be born one exits not enters. To be begotten(generated) one enters not exits. Thus he knew and understood the Savior was speaking of being generated(begotten) again, a second time. Only this time not by man, but by GOD, “from above”, which Nicodemus didn’t understand, even the one standing before him was being generated from above. Yeah, "enter" - to be "born". However, the key work is not enter, but "how", which indicates attempt of work based salvation. This is essentially the same question that the rich young ruler asked - how can I have eternal life? The point is still the same - no human effort can do that. Only by the Holy Spirit can we come alive and enter into God's kingdom.
