Can A Christian Lose Their Salvation?

True!
But, only Jesus can fulfill the law perfectly, which includes all you mention. The problem is that we can not, therefore, I think the better answer for how did Jesus fulfill the law in the New Covenant, is that he , being the embodiment of the law, fulfilled it by getting inside us. We offer nothing, but with him in us, God credits us with his, righteousness, holiness, blamelessness, perfection, not ours!
Oh but we can fulfill the law. Jesus commanded us to. If He commanded us to do it, you know that we can. Here's how...
Matthew 22:36-40 (KJV)
36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?

37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

38 This is the first and great commandment.

39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.

40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

All of the law is based on these two laws..Fulfill these two and you fulfill all the Old Covenant Law. As I said. If Jesus commands it, its totally doable.

  • Jesus is the fulfillment of the law. Romans 10: 4 Christ is the culmination of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.
  • Jesus is the vine and we are the branches. With him in us we can do much; without him in us we can do nothing. John 15: 5 "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.
  • The Orthodox Jew loves the Old testament and his neighbor but he does not believe in Jesus as the Messiah, therefore Jesus is not in him and his love of neighbor is not credited to him, it is nothing, he is not credited with the righteousness of Jesus.
