What is the Greatest Lie Ever Told?

Heb 1:8 But of the Son He says, "YOUR THRONE, O GOD, IS FOREVER AND EVER, AND THE RIGHTEOUS SCEPTER IS THE SCEPTER OF HIS KINGDOM.

Maybe not "all" but, the Father calls the Son God here.
Hebrews 1:8 KJV -
But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

It should at least be acknowledged that the words "he saith" are not in the text. Anytime one sees italicized words in the KJV, it means that such were added in.

And I'm not sure that προς should be rendered as "unto."

But don't stop with verse 8, please continue on....

Hebrews 1:9 KJV -
Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows (G3353 μετοχους).

But all this is quoting Psalms 45. Should ALL of Psalms 45 not apply to Jesus then?
