The Trinity

So was the Word truly made flesh or not if He remained as God? Any person of sound mind would have said no to this question, and by answering no, that person would have denied Jesus as coming in the flesh, which is from the spirit of antichrist according to apostle John. You trinitarians are that person, but you refuse to repent of your error so that you may be freed from the deception.

There is not a single person in this world who will ever agree with the absurd idea that a man can be flesh and yet remain a deity with divine essence, yet that absurd idea is being taught as the false trinity doctrine in church congregations to the point of contradicting Jesus’ words and explaining the absurdity away with the phrase “we are too limited to understand God”.

Enxu -- that concept is not absurd in the least and Is essential for our salvation. And, yes, 'we' Are limited in our ability to understand Every single thing in Scripture. The trinity being one of those things. The dual nature of God / Jesus Christ/ when He was here on those for those 33 yrs. Jesus Christ Was God incarnate. 100% deity and 100% human.

Show me from the Gospel where it says I need to believe in the trinity. It only said I need to believe in Jesus Christ as the Messiah who died for my sins and that God raised Him from the dead. Stop imposing meanings into the Gospel to fit man-made lies.

You will never be able to learn the truth if you don’t repent of your false beliefs and get yourself freed from the antichrist spirit.

Where did I disagree with apostle John?

David1954 said:
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us,

What is your point? John 1:1 writes so clearly that The Word WAS God, you don’t recognise that WAS is a past tense? The Word being God was a past event that is what John 1:1 said. I have not disagreed with John but you people have.

@Enxu -- I could say that I was born to my mother. I Was but I'm also Still her daughter.

That is equating -- the Word was With God and the Word was God. The word 'was' can be past tense and / or equating. The context tells us that it's an 'equating' situation.

So you're saying that Jesus Christ only Was the Word and He ceased being the Word ? when He was here on earth? But then again became the Word when He ascended back up to heaven?

That's Not what Scripture says.

Scripture, please, not opinions.

28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.

29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed
Ephesians 4:4-6 (KJV) There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
They said he was Lord and God. And Ephesians shows us their is only one! Thanks for posting this!

Valentinians divided into two schools: the Western (or Italian or later) and the Eastern (or Oriental or earlier). According to the Western School, Jesus came down from heaven with a special incorrupted human body. The virgin Mary birthed this human Jesus. Later, either at the birth or baptism of this human Jesus, the divine Christ joined the human Jesus. Thus, Jesus possessed two persons or natures: One is fully human and the other is fully divine. According to the Eastern School, Christ, who has a purely spiritual body, is born through the virgin Mary. The divine person of Jesus absorbs the human person, and, by that, makes Jesus one person. Thus, the Eastern School was partly Docetic.

Why does the heretic teachings of Valentinians quoted above sound so much like the trinity? Judge for yourselves whether the trinity can be true when it bares so much similarity to known HERESIES.

Thanks for quoting that! Paul wrote so clearly that the ONE God is the Father of all, and Lord refers to Jesus Christ, yet the trinitarians deny this fact!

How do people miss this?
Colossians 1:16-18 (KJV) For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

The answer is that as he was the first born from the dead of whom God his Father raised, he cannot be the Father, for the Father GOD CANNOT DIE, but the man Jesus did
or else God could not have raised him from the dead! "If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in thine heart that
GOD HATH RAISED HIM (Jesus) FROM THE DEAD, thou shalt be saved." So since God cannot die he didn't raise himself from the dead.

"The Lord said to my Lord" as spoken by David "Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool." repeated in Mark 12:36 and said to have been revealed to David by the Holy Ghost. Since David was several hundred years in advance of Jesus in time, this revelation is in the future for David, it hadn't happened yet.
So the question would be when did this take place in bibical timing? And how can one sit on someone elses right side if they are the same person?

Read John 17:3! Jesus as a MAN declared His Father as the ONLY true God! How much clearer do you need it to be that only the Father is God?

Furthermore, Paul wrote so clearly:

1 Corinthians 11:3 NIV But I want you to realize that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God.

Since God is the head of Christ as Paul preached, there is no such thing as three coequal persons of the Godhead!

The trinity is a lie straight from the pits of hell started by an ancient gnostic heretic called Valentinus! Do your own research on him and his teachings and the heresy of Docetism! Why do you believe trinity as the truth when it teaches the exact same thing as heresies??

I don't believe in the trinity... I don't know why you assumed that either
People who believe in the Trinity do not believe Jesus is God the Father

Jesus is the Father. Jesus is above all, the name above every name. He holds ALL the power. God is a Spirit. The Spirit of Christ dwells within us when we believe. There is ONE SPIRIT, ONE GOD, ONE LORD, ONE FAITH, ONE HOPE, ONE FATHER OF ALL >>>>>> AND HIS NAME IS JESUS CHRIST

What religion is that? Because it sure isn't Christianity! Jesus was the one raised by the God from the dead, so in your religion he as God both died and raised himself up?

Jesus raised himself. So yes God raised himself from the dead.
John 2:19-22 (KJV) Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?
But he spake of the temple of his body.
When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.

John 14:28".........I go unto the Father: for MY FATHER IS GREATER THAN I." these are RED AND WHITE WORDS so they are Jesus' words.
If as you say Jesus is the Father how can he go to himself? Which also leaves us with I as the Father am greater than I am as the son???????
if you can please explain how your doctrine fits these words?
