The Tribulation Isn’t What You Think — and Jesus Never Taught a Rapture Escape Plan

The Mosaic covenant was the key — but the lock changed at the cross.
Christ fulfilled the law, replaced the covenant, and handed out new keys:

“This cup is the new covenant in my blood.” — Luke 22:20

Still clinging to Moses isn’t faithfulness — it’s spiritual trespassing.
Yes, Jesus came and changed the World and this is the division between people (The Pharisees and the Christians if you will) ... therefore His Word over rides the past, surely

How God deals with Israel as the Mosaic covenant is still in force to the Jews is different in how God deals with His Church. How God deals with His Church includes both Jews and gentiles. Jesus main mission in coming to the Earth was for the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

Jesus said…

Mat 15:24 But He answered and said, "I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of Israel."

Every thing we read in the book of Mathew concerning Jesus second coming was directed towards the Jews. Not the Church

Since the Jews rejected Jesus as their messiah God has blinded them for a time until the fullness of the gentiles have come in, then God will remove their blindness and turn his attention towards them which happens Turing the great tribulation period.

Rom 11:25 For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in.

The book of Daniel foretells of a time called Jacob’s trouble in the 70 weeks (7 years) of Daniel. Jacob name was changed by God to Israel which means the seven years of tribulations is Israel trouble in which God dealing once again forwards Israel his elect. Why would God anoint 144,000 Jews to evangelize the world if it was not for the Jews?
"... that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in." ... there again, is confusion for me. Jacob was renamed Israel, yet in this context Israel is a nation?
and again ... "Why would God anoint 144,000 Jews to evangelize the world if it was not for the Jews?" not sure what you are meaning here?

Hey Moon888 — great questions. You're picking up on something most people miss, because a lot of modern theology has (intentionally) made things more confusing than the Bible actually is. Let’s break it down:

1. Jesus came for the lost sheep of Israel — and then grafted in the nations.

“I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” — Matt. 15:24

Correct. But then what did Jesus do next?

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” — Matt. 28:19
“I have other sheep that are not of this fold… and there will be one flock, one shepherd.” — John 10:16

So yes, He started with Israel, as promised. But the New Covenant expands it to include everyone — Gentiles and Jews alike — under one body.

Curtis wants to rewind the Gospel back to a broken, tribal covenant that was fulfilled, replaced, and nailed to the cross 2000 years ago (Colossians 2:14).

2. “Israel” in Romans 11 is not a political nation-state.

Paul isn’t talking about a modern country called “Israel” in 1948. He’s talking about unbelieving ethnic Jews — the same ones who were broken off because of unbelief (Rom. 11:20).

“They were broken off because of unbelief, but you stand by faith.”

And here’s the clincher:
“And they also, if they do not continue in unbelief, will be grafted back in…” — Romans 11:23

So this isn’t God switching His attention back and forth between two peoples like a distracted parent. It’s one tree, one Messiah, one plan — with the same entrance requirement: faith in Christ.

3. The 144,000?

“Why would God anoint 144,000 Jews to evangelize the world if it was not for the Jews?”

Because people assume that’s what they’re doing — but the text never says that.
Revelation 7 lists the 144,000. Revelation 14 shows them worshiping before the throne, not knocking on doors with tracts during the supposed “Great Tribulation.”

Scofield invented the ridiculous idea that they’re tribulation evangelists because he needed a way to get people saved after the Church was supposedly “raptured.”

It’s not Bible — it’s left-behind logic wrapped in bad exegesis.

4. Jacob’s Trouble a 7-year Gentile-free Jewish horror flick.

Jeremiah 30:7 says:
“It is a time of trouble for Jacob, yet he shall be saved out of it.”

Paul tells us how: through Christ.

Dispensationalists twisted that into a 7-year tribulation because they needed an excuse to:

Remove the Church,
Reinstate the Mosaic covenant,
And pretend God has two bridegrooms: one for Israel, one for the Church.

That’s spiritual polygamy, not theology.

“There is one body and one Spirit… one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all.” — Ephesians 4:4–6

There is no “Church age” versus “Israel age.”
There is no Gospel 2.0 for the Jews.
There is one covenant, sealed in Christ’s blood — and no one enters except through Him.

Let’s be blunt about what Scofieldism has done to the modern Church:

It’s conned millions of Christians into believing that Jews get a spiritual free pass — that they can reject Christ, wage wars, commit atrocities, and still be called “God’s chosen people” simply for existing.

It teaches that Jews don’t need the Gospel.
They don’t need repentance.
They don’t need Jesus.
Why?
Because God supposedly has a special separate covenant with them — one that overrides the cross.

That’s not just heresy. That’s blasphemy.

“If you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins.” — John 8:24
“There is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.” — Acts 4:12
“All who rely on the law are under a curse.” — Galatians 3:10

There is no biblical exemption for anyone — Jew or Gentile — outside of Christ.

And it gets worse:

Even if God were still working through “ethnic Israel” under some old covenant system — good luck finding one.

Because here’s the truth:
97%+ of the people in modern False Israel™ today — the ones claiming the covenant — are Gentile converts.
Most are Ashkenazi, descended from Eastern European Khazars who were force-converted to Judaism in the 8th–9th century. They are not descended from Abraham, Isaac, or Jacob. They are not “ethnic Jews.”

You’d have better luck finding Moses' original sandals than a certified descendant of Jacob in Tel Aviv.
You’ve got a better chance of finding Atlantis than tracing modern Israeli bloodlines back to Abraham.
The entire Scofield narrative is a clown circus built on a fantasy ethnicity, a fake covenant, and a rejected Messiah.

I'd say that the Rothschilds and Scofield conned the church, but that's not a strong enough word.

More like:

Infiltrated and reprogrammed
Hijacked and rewired
Subverted and corrupted
Poisoned the well
Installed a counterfeit gospel
Launched a theological coup
Turned the Church into a hostage
Rewired the Church to worship Rothschild's manufactured False Israel™
Inserted a Trojan horse into the pulpit
Betrayed the Gospel from within

^ And thats' just off the top of my head

So when you boil it down, its actually terrifying:
Scofieldism has taught the Church to worship a group of Christ-rejecting Gentile converts as if they were still under "divine protection" — while ignoring the very Gospel that saves both Jew and Gentile.

It's complete insanity.
It’s theological idolatry.
It’s spiritual blindness.
And it’s time to burn it down with Scripture.

“God is no respecter of persons.” — Acts 10:34
“There is neither Jew nor Greek... for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” — Galatians 3:28
“If you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s offspring.” — Galatians 3:29

Christ — or curse.
There is no third option.

Is this what is in the Schofield Bible? :
"Remove the Church,
Reinstate the Mosaic covenant,
And pretend God has two bridegrooms: one for Israel, one for the Church."

That is another topic I guess, about The Bridegroom and His Bride ...
I am battling with this notion. However, I am aware (read about it somewhere), that the traditional ancient Jewish weddings were about the Groom asking for the hand of his Bride, and then going "away" for a year, and coming back "unannounced" (or unexpected by the Bride) for the wedding ceremony. So she had to be always ready ... there seems to be this parallel with Jesus' Return.

You’re not alone. A lot of believers are wrestling with this, especially because we've been handed a disjointed story that doesn't come from the Bible — it comes from Scofield’s Dispensationalist system.

To answer your question: No, the Scofield Bible doesn’t spell it out exactly like:

“Remove the Church, Reinstate the Mosaic covenant, and pretend God has two bridegrooms…”

But that's exactly what it teaches when you follow the logic to its conclusion. Here’s how:

It says the Church gets “raptured” out of the way.
Then God goes back to dealing with Israel through Mosaic-style laws, sacrifices, and temple worship during a 7-year tribulation.
Meanwhile, Jesus is supposedly preparing to marry the Church after already having a separate covenant and plan for national Israel.

That’s two peoples, two covenants, and functionally — two brides.
But Scripture says the exact opposite.

“There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to one hope… one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all…” — Ephesians 4:4–6

Now about the Jewish wedding parallel…

Yes — it’s a beautiful picture:

The Groom proposes,
Goes away to prepare a place,
Then comes unexpectedly to claim His Bride.

That imagery absolutely applies to Christ and His Church — it’s all over Scripture (John 14:2–3, Matt. 25:1–13, Rev. 19:7).

But here’s the key:
The Bride is not just Gentiles.
The Bride is everyone — Jew and Gentile — who belongs to Christ.

“If you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, heirs according to the promise.” — Galatians 3:29

So the idea that Jesus has one bride made of Gentile believers, and then a separate covenant relationship with unbelieving ethnic Jews, turns that beautiful wedding metaphor into a spiritual affair.

It guts the Gospel of its unity and replaces it with Zionist-flavored polygamy.

The real Bride?
She’s composed of every man and woman redeemed by the blood of Jesus — from every tribe, tongue, and nation (Revelation 5:9).

Christ doesn’t have two brides.
He has one Bride, one Body, one Spirit, and one eternal covenant — sealed in His blood, not by race.

And let’s be real:
When people keep obsessing over “ethnic Jews,” it’s not just bad theology — it’s delusion.

Most of the people in modern Israel aren’t even biblical Israelites.
They’re Gentile converts — Khazars, Ashkenazim, and others — with zero genetic connection to Abraham, Isaac, or Jacob.

So when Scofield-programmed evangelicals start shouting about “God’s chosen people,” it’s like wandering into an mental asylum where everyone’s arguing over who gets the inheritance from a fake family tree.

You don’t get covenant blessings without the Covenant-Maker.
And you sure as hell don’t get to claim Abraham’s covenant if you reject Abraham’s God.

“Know then that it is those of faith who are the sons of Abraham.” — Galatians 3:7

If you spit on the Messiah, the blood of Abraham means nothing.
And in most cases today — they don’t even have that blood to begin with.

Bottom line:

No Christ?
No covenant.
Period.

LOVE THIS, thank you : )

I am not well versed in biblical text, and it is so good to have clarification.

Yes, this is my belief from reading many documentaries on the internet over the years. You bring it all together so well : )

This is exactly what has been happening to our countries (our Gvts), in the planning for generations, and panning out the same today!

AND from what I have read (cannot recite, sorry) the Rothchilds go way back were/are connected to the Kazarian Mafia in some way.

Yes, this should be so obvious to the Children of Christ ... the Pharisees murdered our Saviour, because he was a threat, and because they were not men of God. If they were men of God, there would have been no division, no blood thirstyness and revenge, and Christ would have been the rightful King of the World at the time. We now await our "Bridgroom", so that we may be with him in the Throne of Heaven.

Another great topic would be "The New Heaven and Earth", as the old passes away ... I think there is a lot of confusion around this too : )

Amen Moon — you’re absolutely right that the Pharisees weren’t men of God. Jesus Himself said it plainly:

“You are of your father, the devil.” — John 8:44

They didn’t just “miss” the Messiah — they knew who He was and chose to kill Him anyway (John 11:48–53). That wasn’t a misunderstanding. That was open rebellion.

But here’s the key:
It was always God’s plan that Christ would be rejected, crucified, and rise — not to be crowned an earthly king in that moment, but to be the Lamb slain before the foundation of the world (Revelation 13:8).

So the idea that Jesus was supposed to reign then, but got “delayed” because the Jews rejected Him?
That’s not from the Bible — that’s from Scofield.
Christ’s kingdom didn’t get postponed. It got inaugurated through the cross and the resurrection.

“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.” — Matthew 28:18

He reigns now.
He’s not waiting to be King.
He is King — seated at the right hand of the Father (Hebrews 1:3), and returning not to negotiate, but to judge and consummate the kingdom.

As for the “New Heaven and New Earth”? Yes — that’s a beautiful topic, and also one that’s been tangled in confusion by people who think God’s going to reboot the Old Covenant for a final Jewish-themed sequel.

But Revelation doesn’t say, “And I saw a restored temple and a reactivated Mosaic law.”

It says:
“And I saw no temple in the city, for its temple is the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb.” — Revelation 21:22
“Behold, I make all things new.” — Revelation 21:5

No temple.
No Levitical priesthood.
No shadow system.

Just Christ.
Reigning.
Forever.

We’re not waiting for round two with Moses — we’re waiting for the return of the Bridegroom.
And only those who are in Christ alone — Jew or Gentile — will reign with Him.

“Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life…” — Revelation 22:14

"... that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in." ... there again, is confusion for me. Jacob was renamed Israel, yet in this context Israel is a nation?
and again ... "Why would God anoint 144,000 Jews to evangelize the world if it was not for the Jews?" not sure what you are meaning here?
  • In the Hebrew Bible, "Israel" was the name given to Jacob, the son of Isaac and grandson of Abraham, after he wrestled with a divine being (an angel or God) and prevailed.
  • The name "Israel" is often interpreted as "wrestles with God" or "one who struggles with God".
  • The descendants of Jacob/Israel became known as the Israelites or the "Children of Israel".
  • They formed the twelve tribes of Israel and eventually established the Kingdom of Israel.
After the fullness of the gentiles has come into being the body of Christ (this also includes some Jews) God will turn his attention towards Israel in which he called them his elect in the Old Testament. This will happen during the great tribulation period which is why God anoints the 144,000 Jews to proclaim the Gospel to them. Many of them will come to faith in Jesus. Not only will there be Jews but also many Gentiles will come to faith also.. It will be the largest revival in human history. The church today will not be there it will have already been raptured to God. The culmination will end with Jesus second coming along with all his saints to execute judgement and to set up his 1000 year rule.

our view point on end times is not part of our salvation, and is not sin if you get it wrong IMO, unless you can show me scripture
The only scripture I know that could maybe be used to say it might make a difference is the parable of the 12 virgins where 6 were expecting the grooms soon return and the other 6 who were not.

Let’s untangle this Scofield mess:

“God will turn his attention back to Israel…”

That’s the problem right there — you’re dividing what Christ already fulfilled.

Romans 9:6 makes it painfully clear:

“For they are not all Israel who are of Israel.”

Paul is already correcting this nationalistic thinking.

Let’s be absolutely clear.
The name Israel was never about dirt — it was always about the covenant. And that covenant was fulfilled in Christ.
Anyone still waiting for a national revival apart from the Gospel is preaching a different covenant — not the New one sealed in His blood.

There is not a single Apostle or early Church Father who believed that “Israel” was a piece of land to be restored in the end times.
For over 1,900 years, the universal teaching of the Church was simple:
Israel = The Body of Christ.
Jew and Gentile, united in Him.
Not a plot of soil. Not a political regime. Not a Rothschild real estate project.

Nobody in the early Church believed God was going to revert back to Mosaic sacrifices, temple rituals, or tribal land allotments after the Cross.

That heresy only exploded around 1909, when the Scofield Reference Bible — sponsored by Oxford Press, funded by Zionist elites, and distributed like theological fentanyl — started brainwashing American churches.

It was never about scripture.
It was about control.

The result? A generation of Christians who now worship a patch of land, defend Christ-rejecting regimes, and wait for a Jewish evangelism team that appears nowhere in the New Testament.

Newsflash:
Jesus didn’t die so the Gospel could be outsourced to 144,000 Levites in the Tribulation.
He gave it to His Body — the Church.
And the Church is Israel.

“God anoints 144,000 Jews to evangelize the world…”

Where is this in the New Testament?
Revelation 7 says they are sealed — not that they preach. That whole claim that they “evangelize” is an invention — you won’t find it anywhere in Scripture. That idea came from Scofield’s footnotes, not the apostles.

The early Church didn’t teach a two-track salvation system — one for the Church and another for national Israel. That’s dual covenant heresy.

“The Church won’t be there…”

Where did Jesus ever teach that?

Matthew 24:29-31 is crystal clear:
“Immediately after the tribulation… he will send out his angels… and gather his elect.”

The elect are the saints — Jew and Gentile, united in Christ.

There is one Body. One Bride. One Gospel.

And if that’s not clear enough, try Galatians 3:28-29:
“There is neither Jew nor Greek… for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.”

You can’t claim to be under grace, and then teach that God has a separate plan for the Jews without Christ.

That’s not the Gospel.
That’s Zionist Dispensationalism — a man-made theology cooked up in the 1800s by a convicted conman and spread by billionaire Zionist bankers through "free Bibles" handed to an unsuspecting public.

It rewrites the cross.
It divides the Body of Christ.
It resurrects the Old Covenant.

It’s heresy. Plain and simple.

It is absolutely terrifying — like Book-of-Jeremiah, weeping-for-the-nation level terrifying — that modern evangelicals can stare straight at 2,000 years of unbroken Christian teaching, realize that not a single apostle, not one early church father, and not one Christian alive for nineteen centuries ever believed that “Israel” was a geopolitical state — or ever would be again — and yet still say with a straight face:

“Well, I don’t care about all that early Church stuff... In 1948, prophecy was fulfilled! Israel has a new meaning now! It’s a country full of unbelieving, Christ-rejecting Khazar converts, and they’re the real chosen people!”

Do you hear yourselves?

You're saying:
“I know the apostles said Israel is the Body of Christ — but Scofield, Darby, and Oxford Press said otherwise, so…”

Let’s be real:
You're not reading the Bible.
You’re reading Scofield’s fan fiction stapled to the back of the Gospel.

You’ve traded the Kingdom of God for a Rothschild land grant.
You’ve replaced the Bride of Christ with a Zionist state full of people who openly blaspheme His Name.

“Israel isn’t the Church anymore! That’s replacement theology!!!!!!”
No. That’s called Christian theology — what every single Christian believed until Scofield’s footnotes were dropped like theological napalm onto the American church.

You now believe God’s plan is to rapture His actual Bride, then hand over the Gospel to 144,000 people who don’t even believe in Jesus yet — because they’re "ethnically special". (But not really, because you know, they're Gentile, Khazar & Slavic converts who's ancestors didn't convert to Judaism until 740AD)

What gospel is that?

That’s not Christianity.
That’s Zionism wearing a stolen cross.
It's insanity.

Wake up.

“God can raise up children for Abraham from these stones…” — Matthew 3:9
“If you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.” — Galatians 3:29
“They are not all Israel, who are of Israel.” — Romans 9:6

Israel is not land.
Israel is not ethnicity.
Israel is not the UN’s 1948 pet project.
Israel is the Body of Christ — period.

And if that offends your Scofield study notes?

Good.

Because the Gospel doesn’t bow to your favorite Rothschild-funded map.

this is a great video on how the Church is the true Israel but long, he actually brakes down both views very plainly so you decide

this is a great video on how the Church is the true Israel but long, he actually brakes down both views very plainly so you decide

Let’s clarify something before this guy even gets rolling.

His claim at the beginning that “everyone in Israel back then were Jews” is not only historically false — it’s a theological train wreck.

The term “Jew” (Hebrew: Yehudi) refers specifically to members of the tribe of Judah, or later to those from the southern kingdom of Judah — which was made up of Judah, Benjamin, and part of Levi (the priests). That’s 3 tribes— not 12.

The northern kingdom — made up of the ten tribes (Reuben, Simeon, Issachar, Zebulun, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Ephraim, and Manasseh) — were not “Jews.” They were Israelites, but they did not descend from Judah.

After Solomon’s reign, the kingdom of Israel split in two — and the result was open hostility.

The southern kingdom became Judah (made up of Judah, Benjamin, and some Levites)
The northern kingdom kept the name Israel, and quickly turned away from temple worship in Jerusalem

From that moment forward, Israel and Judah were enemies. They had separate kings, separate capitals, and separate religious systems — and they frequently went to war (1 Kings 15:6, 2 Chronicles 13).
The northern kingdom set up golden calves in Bethel and Dan to prevent their people from returning to worship in Jerusalem — proving just how deep the hatred ran.

Let’s be blunt:
Israel hated Judah.
They hated the temple. They hated the priesthood. They hated being ruled by “the Jews.”

By the time of Christ, that division had evolved into the fierce Jew/Samaritan hatred — because Samaritans were the remnant of the northern tribes. And the Jews of Judah wanted nothing to do with them.

So no — the Israelites of the northern kingdom were not Jews, and they didn't even want to be associated with them. They fought them, broke away from them, and despised them.

To say “all Israelites were Jews” isn’t just wrong — it erases the civil war, tribal division, and prophetic fallout that shaped the entire Old Testament.

Let’s Talk About the Most Important Old Testament Figures Who Weren’t “Jews”:

Abraham
— the father of the faith, was not a Jew. He was from Ur of the Chaldees (Babylonian region). There was no such thing as a "Jew" yet.
Isaac — not a Jew. Son of Abraham, before Judah was even born.
Jacob/Israel — not a Jew. He fathered the 12 tribes. Judah was just one son.
Joseph — not a Jew. He was from the tribe of Ephraim (one of the sons of Joseph).
Moses — not a Jew. He was from the tribe of Levi.
Joshua — not a Jew. He was from the tribe of Ephraim.
Samuel — not a Jew. He was a Levite, dedicated to priestly service.
Elijah — not a Jew. He was from Tishbe in Gilead, part of the northern tribes.
King Saul — not a Jew. He was from the tribe of Benjamin.
Most of the Judges — not Jews. They came from various tribes: Gideon (Manasseh), Samson (Dan), Deborah (Ephraim).
The prophets — scattered among many tribes. Amos was from Tekoa (Judah), but others were from the north.

So when someone says “all Israelites were Jews,” they're erasing 75% of Israel’s identity. You’re flattening out God’s chosen covenant family into one tiny sliver — and ironically, it’s the sliver that later produced the Pharisees who rejected their own Messiah.

What Happened to the Other Tribes?
They were scattered — exiled by Assyria in 722 BC. They became the “Lost Tribes” — but God promised He would regather them. And guess how?

“There is no longer Jew or Greek... but all are one in Christ Jesus. And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, heirs according to the promise.” — Galatians 3:28–29

Boom. The Church is the regathering of Israel. Jew and Gentile, scattered tribes, the whole remnant — reborn in Christ.

So yeah, any video that starts by saying “Israel = Jews” is already off the rails. It’s parroting Scofieldian nonsense, not biblical reality. Don’t let modern Zionist categories redefine ancient covenant terms.

Israel is bigger than Judah.

And the true Israel — according to Paul, Peter, James, and the entire New Testamentis found in Christ.

The Gospel doesn’t make you “more Jewish.”

It makes you part of God’s eternal Israel.

And here’s the funniest part of all this:
The modern state hijacked in 1948 by Russian and Slavic Khazar converts didn’t even call itself Judah — which is what it technically should’ve been, if we’re being honest about bloodlines. Nope. They went straight for the full biblical crown and named it “Israel.”

You know — the name of the northern kingdom.
The very kingdom that hated Judah, rejected the temple, and went to war against the Jews.
That Israel.

It’s beyond ironic. It’s comedy gold.
The descendants of medieval Gentile converts — with zero blood ties to Abraham, Isaac, or Jacob — named their secular state after the very Israel that despised the tribe of Judah and their religious control.

The ancient Israelites would’ve flipped their sandals.

It’s like a group of 10th-century Viking converts to Buddhism waltzing into India and founding a state called “The Original Sangha.” You can’t make this up.

If they were being even remotely honest, they should’ve named it something like:
“Judah 2.0”
or
“ZionCorp: Powered by Balfour and Rothschild.”

But no — they picked “Israel,” slapped a demonic star-of-Moloch flag on it, and now the entire Evangelical world bows down like it’s the New Jerusalem.

Meanwhile, ancient Israel’s prophets would’ve been tearing their garments.

At this point I genuinely have to ask — is English your first language? Because your interpretations are so wildly disconnected from anything I actually said, it's staggering. No one — literally no one — said Peter had to be crucified upside down to be saved. That was your own bizarre, twisted strawman, not anything I argued. Maybe reread slowly this time.

Irony. Go back and read your posts. You have insinuated that suffering = Christian.

Glad to hear you disagree with yourself.

You keep shouting like a self-appointed guardian of Christianity while ignoring direct scripture laid out verse by verse.

Don't even talk about scripture. You have clearly cherry picked and used them out of their context.

That is why I have provided you with such a simple case study, which you have danced around.

Then you cherry-pick three different contexts — Romans (salvation through faith), Revelation 14 (warning to unbelieverswho take the mark), and Revelation 2 (a call to endurance for believers) — and pretend they're contradictory when they’re not. You’re confusing salvation doctrine with warnings about apostasy and perseverance under trial. That’s called basic theology.

You are confusing criteria to be saved with trials that come from being a witness for Jesus.

The Bible doesn’t contradict itself — you do.

You are making Paul and God out to be a liar.

Rom 2:10 has a criteria for salvation. Rom 14:9-10 has a criteria for salvation. Rom 10:9 has a criteria for salvation. Rom 10:9 is not compatible with the first two. This is as simple a fact as 1 + 1 = 2.

Romans 10:9 is the foundation of salvation

Yes, in this dispensation.

This was not the case in the OT. This is not the case in the Tribulation. 1 + 1 = 2 type fact. It is truly a 'duh' fact.

Revelation 14 and 2 are warnings about what happens to those who abandon that covenant, deny Christ under pressure, or align with the Beast. If anything, these verses prove my point — that true saving faith endures and obeys.

Rom 10:9 says that if you believe and confess that Jesus is Lord, you are saved. No ifs, buts or ands.

What you and many non OSAS believers do is add to scripture what is not there.

You teach what is called a works based salvation. The verses on grace and faith fly over your head.

Your logic is like saying: “Well, if you need to avoid the mark of the beast, then Romans 10:9 must be false.” No — it means those who truly believe will obey and not take the mark. Faith isn’t a magic password — it’s living allegiance to Jesus.

I cannot believe you cannot grasp how silly your reasoning is.

It is true that someone who can do Rom 10:9 will not take the mark or refuse martyrdom. That is because in order to receive faith that Jesus is Lord 1 Cor 12:3, you need to pass judgement of heart and mind Jer 17:9-11. God is not a fool that washes clean and creates anew 2 Cor 5:17 a Judas or a demon.

But you, you are teaching a doctrine that is not from Paul. One that implies that God is a fool who cannot vet a person.

You are teaching a works based salvation.

I repeat: You can have all the faith in Jesus being raised from the dead you want, it matters NAUGHT in the tribulation as scripture is CRYSTAL clear that the CRITERIA for salvation is martyrdom or rejection of the devils mark. Nothing else.

You’re trying to pit scripture against scripture because you don’t understand how the Bible weaves together faith, obedience, endurance, and grace.

Dude, have you read Rom 10:9? I cannot believe you can say this after reading and grasping it.

Did the thief next to Jesus go to paradise after no endurance and persecution for his faith? Yes or No?

You say, “The Antichrist and demons can’t have their way if Spirit-filled Christians are here.”

Tell that to Jesus in the wilderness.

Ok, I will. He told the devil to leave, He was God in the flesh. You and I are not. We need the Holy Spirit with us. Without Him, there is no casting demons out. This is another 'duh' fact.

Tell that to the apostles martyred one by one.

The death of the disciples is a truly interesting study.

We know before Pentecost, Peter received a revelation of who Jesus truly is in Matt 15:16-17. Something Judas did not receive. We also know that the apostles received the Holy Spirit and became Christians after Pentecost and before they were martyrs.

What we learn from this is that OT and NT, God has always been able to judge our hearts for sincerity and devotion. The fact that you are not grasping however, is that in the NT, after the cross and with the Holy Spirit here, a SIGN that we have passed scrutiny of heart and mind by God Jer 17:9-11 is being capable of Rom 10:9, believing that Jesus is Lord.

This is why today you have true and fake Christians. As opposed to levels of Christians who need to pass a mark before they are saved.

Tell that to the early Church fed to lions.

Suffering to and for being a witness. Not to earn salvation. Scripture does not say ''if you endure being fed to lions, you will be saved and if you don't, you wont be saved''. As is the the case with Rev 2:10 and Rev 14:9-10.

Tell that to Stephen as he was stoned to death while full of the Holy Spirit.

Suffering to and for being a witness. Not to earn salvation. Scripture does not say ''if you endure being fed to lions, you will be saved and if you don't, you wont be saved''. As is the the case with Rev 2:10 and Rev 14:9-10.

Your entire theology collapses under the weight of scripture and history.

Your entire brain melts when its asked to grasp the difference between suffering for being a Christian verse suffering to get saved.

Maybe the real “duh” fact is that you’re repeating Scofieldian fantasy, not the Gospel.

No, the duh fact is that you are so obsessed with Scofield that it causes you to look at the speck in your brother's eye whilst you have a plank in yours.

A works based salvation is anti Christian. A wicked and sick belief to push. Please meditate on that.

But I know why many push a works based salvation. You must be the real hero.

Scripture teaches that we’re saved by grace through faith
but real faith produces obedience.

Yes, correct. Just need to qualify that it is faith in Jesus being Lord as Rom 10:9 clearly states.

Does saving faith matter if you have the mark of the beast?

Yes or No answer please.

(Dancing incoming, asking for a Yes or No answer, but will receive either a no reply or two pages of why Scofield was a clown )

The pre-trib rapture is not in Scripture.
It’s in Scofield’s footnotes.
It was never taught by Jesus, Paul, Peter, or the early Church.

In fact, Paul wrote 2 Thessalonians to correct the lie that Christ had already come in secret.
Ironically, the exact lie that modern rapture teachers now repeat.

So no — “apostasia” doesn’t mean rapture.
The Church doesn’t disappear.
And the restrainer isn’t us.

Jesus returns once, visibly, after tribulation — to judge the wicked and gather the faithful.

I would offer. The church or bride of Christ will receive their promised new born again body (neither female or male Jew not gentile on the last day under the Sun. . . the end of time Their earthen bodies of death return to dust or disappear.

Eternal God is not a man as us. The heathen religious foundation out of sight out of mind , , ,No God of scripture working in the dark hearts .

The faithless as it is written Jew gathered themselves together because of their jealousy of all the surrounding Pagan nations. Hey wanted nothing to do with an invisible King of kings reigning over them. they rejected Christ our unseen Holy Father. He returned at the time of the first century reformation Christ in us .

The one-time promised demonstration is over. Even though many did know Christ was working in the Son of man Jesus . that possibility ended when he disappeared out of sight. His corrupted flesh and blood retuned to dust to reveal God is not a man as us

2 Corinthians 5:16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.

I would think Christ in us will leave like a thief in the night on the last day .

There it is. The Scofieldian two-gospel heresy fully unmasked.

You’ve now declared that Romans 10:9 — the very Gospel Paul preached — won’t save anyone during the Tribulation, because salvation will then require martyrdom or works. That’s not Christianity. That’s blasphemy.

Let me make this painfully clear:

There is ONE Gospel — not one for the Church Age and another for the Tribulation.
Paul says anyone who preaches a different gospel is accursed. (Gal. 1:8)
That includes you, Scofield, and every other false teacher pushing this “age-divided” nonsense.

“I repeat: You can have all the faith in Jesus being raised from the dead you want, it matters NAUGHT in the tribulation…”

Congratulations — you just declared the blood of Jesus insufficient in the future.

You’ve turned saving faith into a scavenger hunt of martyrdom checkboxes and survivalist religion. Meanwhile, Scripture says:
“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13)
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” (Hebrews 13:8)

You don’t get to splice the Gospel into little timelines and invent new requirements for each one.
The cross was not a temporary fix. It was eternal. Final. Complete.

“It is finished.” — John 19:30

As for your OSAS mantra — let me educate you.

True saving faith endures (Heb. 3:14).
True believers overcome (Rev. 2–3).
True Christians don’t take the mark of the beast — not because works save them, but because Christ sealed them and they obey out of love, not fear.

The warnings in Revelation aren’t a contradiction — they’re proof that counterfeit faith will fail.
But your theology doesn’t allow for that, does it?

You need a God who gives eternal life to anyone who raised their hand once during a fog-machine altar call at a youth retreat.
You want a Gospel with no cross, no King, and no obedience.
Say the phrase, walk the aisle, and you're in — no need for repentance, faithfulness, or even basic loyalty to the One who died for you.
That’s not the Gospel. That’s American churchcraft.
Sorry, but Jesus doesn’t take lukewarm. (Rev. 3:16)

You said I teach a "works-based gospel."
No — I teach the Gospel that produces works.
The Gospel that transforms. The Gospel that endures. The Gospel that triumphs.

And you?

You’re just peddling the Scofield Study Bible’s fan-fiction version of grace:
A gospel with no teeth, no covenant, and no King.

Repent.

Because right now, you’re preaching another gospel — and Paul already told us what happens to people who do that.
