@B-A-C , Three final questions before I go for good :
1. Is Jesus our Lord and Savior ?
2. Does God put Jesus inside us?
2. Does God see our righteous or does He see Jesus's righteousness in us?
NOTE: You have the option to answer or not!
GOD BLESS
Sorry, it's been a busy day here. Nearly 10 hours at work.
1. Yes, of course. No one can be saved without Him.
2. To me, a more correct question would be, does Jesus put the Holy Spirit in us? Yes.
3. I will answer with some scriptures.
Matt 5:20; "For I say to you that unless
your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven.
Rom 6:16; Do you not know that when you present yourselves to someone as slaves for obedience, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, either of sin resulting in death, or of
obedience resulting in righteousness?
Rom 9:30; What shall we say then? That Gentiles, who did not pursue righteousness,
attained righteousness, even the righteousness which is by faith;
2Cor 9:10; Now He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of
your righteousness;
2Tim 2:22; Now flee from youthful lusts and
pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.
2Tim 3:16; All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for
training in righteousness;
Matt 25:37; "Then
the righteous will answer Him, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry, and feed You, or thirsty, and give You something to drink?
Matt 25:38; 'And when did we see You a stranger, and invite You in, or naked, and clothe You?
Matt 25:39; 'When did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?'
Matt 25:40; "The King will answer and say to them, 'Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.'
What made the "sheep" in this parable righteous? What Jesus did for them, or what they themselves did?
Mark 6:20; for Herod was afraid of John, knowing that
he was a righteous and holy man, and he kept him safe. And when he heard him, he was very perplexed; but he used to enjoy listening to him.
Jas 5:16; Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of
a righteous man can accomplish much.
Rev_22:11; "Let the one who does wrong, still do wrong; and the one who is filthy, still be filthy; and
let the one who is righteous, still practice righteousness; and the one who is holy, still keep himself holy."
It is what we do, not only what we believe, that makes us righteous.
John 5:28; "Do not marvel at this; for an hour is coming, in which all who are in the tombs will hear His voice,
John 5:29; and will come forth; those who did the good deeds to a resurrection of life, those who committed the
evil deeds to a resurrection of judgment.
1Jn 2:29; If you know that He is righteous, you know that
everyone also who practices righteousness is born of Him.
1Jn 3:7; Little children, make sure no one deceives you;
the one who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous;
1Jn 3:10; By this the children of God and the children of the devil are obvious:
anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor the one who does not love his brother.
