Pretty simple, just like lambs grow into sheep.
You have totally missed the point, Jesus isnt talking about pet names for your wife...or concubine, as song of solomon seems to be about.
Jesus is talking about the way you treat people, particularly the least of these, and Jesus does have names for his children...those that obey are his lambs, and the children of disobedience..which are kids, and he has nothing to do with them. Its pretty clear in his parable there are two different kinds of people.
