Little Faith does NOT mean Weak Faith

Loyal
This is not true. Faith believes in what it already has, not in what its going to get! Your thinking of hope.
Faith is the SUBSTANCE of Things Hoped for and not yet seen.

Biblical Hope is the assurance or confidence in Gods Word. That is FAITH.

Worldly hope is wishing for.
No assurance of confidence and no faith.

This is not true. Faith is a spirit that comes from the Word of God. (2 Cor 4:13)
Faith is still the degree in which you trust and believe that what God said He will do then that is what He will do.

Faith includes patience which is endurance. Weak Faith can't stand but will lose hope before it produces.

Little or weak FAITH gives up or loses hope and can not stand until it is finished.

Fear is a spirit. Are not some people more fearful then others?

God is Spirit and We have His Spirit in us BUT we are not all equally built up or matured but yet we still have the same spirit in us....

Some folks Develop the Spirit of God in them more then others.
It is the same with Faith.

When Peter let go of his faith once the wind and waves got his ATTENTION MORE.....he began to sink.

Jesus said you of little faith.
Peter's faith could not stay strong long enough to keep his eyes on Jesus and therefore his faith could not go the distance.

All four places in scripture were Jesus said "little faith" it was because of "Doubt" (Matt 6:30, Matt 8:26, Matt 14:31, Matt 16: 6-12)

Doubt has to do with the mind which means to "(mentally) to waver (in opinion): - doubt."
Doubt stops faith from working. Faith always works where there is no doubt.

The spirit of faith comes by hearing the Word of God. No one develops the Spirit of God, he is not given out in pieces a little at a time, neither is faith.

Little or weak FAITH gives up or loses hope and can not stand until it is finished.
A patient man always stands his ground to let his faith produce it desire outcome.

To be without hope is to not know what God has said about his situation which comes from knowing the Word of God.

Eph 2:12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

Faith comes from the Word, patience is a fruit of the Spirit. Without patience, faith will not work. It has nothing to do if faith is strong, or weak.

That acorn, you could call it seed faith....a seedling is nowhere as strong as a grown up plant....That's the way faith is....As you use it (plant it) it grows in strength and 'stature' becoming more powerful as you use it. The more you use it, the more powerful it gets.
The "seed" the Word of God that is sown is not faith. We do not plant faith, we plant the Word which by which "faith" produces its outcome.

I already Explained the difference in Biblical HOPE and worldly HOPE.
Same Word different degrees of or character of.

For your sake I will say it again.
Biblical Hope is EXPECT, EXPECTED, EXPECTING.

Worldly hope is wish, wished and wishing.

Look at Hebrews 11:1

KJV
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

AMP
Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].

YLT
And faith is of things hoped for a confidence, of matters not seen a conviction,

NOG
Faith assures us of things we expect and convinces us of the existence of things we cannot see.

@Curtis Greetings,

Look at these replies of yours.
They are apposed to what is written in Scripture.

Faith only grows in quantity, not quality. The more faith one has the mature they are.

Now here is what Jesus said about that.

Remember when the disciples said GIVE US MORE FAITH.

Jesus said if you had faith as the size of a mustard seed .

When explained it is the smallest seed but when it grows it becomes big and strong.

Why the mustard seed?
Its the only seed or plant that can not be cross pollinated. It stays pure.

That is how Faith that gets results must be. Pure unadulterated Faith.

Doubt has to do with the mind which means to "(mentally) to waver (in opinion): - doubt."

Jesus said if you don't doubt in your HEART.
So one can find doubt in their head and heart.
Faith is from the heart or core being which is the Spirit.

If we (faith) do not cast down the doubt in our head it will work its way into the heart or Spirit.

The spirit of faith comes by hearing the Word of God. No one develops the Spirit of God, he is not given out in pieces a little at a time, neither is faith.

If that were so then much of the Word of God would be in error but we know that is not true.

Scripture says we are born again by incorruptible SEED.
Seeds Grow.

We must develop (grow) that seed planted in us.
Things like renewing the mind.

Look At Colossians 2:7
Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.

There is so much more.
Blessings

A person can have fear in one area, and not in others, the more areas in which a person fears the more fearful they are.
Fear is perverted faith.
Fear Stops Faith.

Oh Joe fears he will get deathly sick during flu season.

Jill says I was healed by the Stripes Jesus bore on the cross and the blood He shed and the flu does not come on me because I am redeemed from sicknesses.

The waves and wind began to slap peter in the face and he began to FEAR he would drown . This fear went from his head to his heart and he forgot about faith and began to sink.

His Faith gave out over fear.

Jesus just got through teaching his Apostles about "forgiveness" and then his Apostles asked him to "increase" their faith. The Apostles thought they needed stronger faith to be able to forgive anyone who offended them. The Apostles thought exactly how the Church today thinks, that they need "stronger faith".
Jesus then takes one of the smallest of all seeds showing them that the size of faith means absolutely nothing when it comes to faith. It has to do whether you have faith or not. If a man has any faith he will always speak and his faith will obey him to produce its desired outcome!

This is also called "sowing to the spirit" (Gal 6:8) or also called, "supplying to your faith" Sow to what spirit? The spirit of faith. Sow what to the spirit of faith? The Word of God!!!!! Faith is the servant of the believer who produces what the word of God describes it to produce!!! This is why Jesus said, "...and It should obey you" (Luke 17:6) What is to obey you? Your faith!!!!

Mar 11:24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

Where is the "faith" in this scripture? Is faith believing you are going to receive it someday? Nope, that is hope!!! The "Faith" part believes it has already received it!

Faith is a "spirit" (2 Cor 4:13)

The spirit of "faith" comes when it hears the Word of God. (Romans 10:17)

Man sows the seed of the Word of God to the spirit of faith. (Gal 6:8)

Faith is a servant of the believer (Luke 17:7) who only does what it is told to do.

Faith will not do anything we say, only what the Word of God says that we confess.

Faith without works is dead. Faith that has not been given a task to perform is dead.

The Word of God is what describes the work faith is to perform.

That is narrow minded thinking. Much.of the time the works faith needs is standing and going the distance. Fighting the good fight of faith is also required.
We have the responsibility of most works.

You are placing what you want to believe over what is written.
