Isaiah 59:2 But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

Why was the snake punished if she didn't do anything "wrong"? -The snake was judged and punished because she sinned out of her own lusts, out of her own choice. It would be unjust to condemn an animal just because he acted out of instinct. The reason why the snake was condemned was because it did what was morally wrong, she lusted and sinned. And punishment was necessary in order to maintain Justice.
Don't we have the same Father? Is not the Father of Adam, the same Father as all the animals? How then are we not brothers of the same Father?
No, we both share the same world, Earth. There is only one world. We were even made out of the same dust of the earh.
Well, if that is what you think, that is up to you to choose whom will ye serve, whether a murderer unto death, or Jesus unto Life:
1 John 3:15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.

This is silly....let's all quit killing our brother animals, And Sisters, and All go Green!
Yeah, that is where it goes next. Because if you think you can kill animals, why can't you kill humans? Since they are both your brothers, and have the same Father, and the same Breath.
-The truth is you can't kill your brothers, and that includes animals with the Breath of the Father.

Okay Daniel. Think about it. No one gets into trouble for running over a squirrel if it can't get away from a car fast enough. However it Is against the law to hit a person with his car -- the police are called , etc.
Animals don't go to school unless it's for training a dog by it's owner. Kids go to school. We go shopping -- we go to church if / when we choose to. We don't share a church with the neighborhood cat or dog or birds.
When you respond to us with scripture to try to defend your ideas. Frankly , you sound ridiculous. God's Word id precious. Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life. Our one and only place to place out faith for salvation. But you're making a mockery of His Word by the way in which you are using it.
Therefore , I'm not continuing with this dialoguing.

In the day Adam was created, they were brothers, because they have the same Father, they didn't kill each other. The only way you are not the brother of the animals, is if you are of that "other father" you know who. In that case you may think you can kill your brother, since the father of lies is all about kill steal and destroy.
Acts 5:29 Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.
You too are of that "other father"? Who are your brothers then? It isn't me, because My Father made the animals also. So, if you are not brothers with the animals, you are not brothers with me. Because the Father of the animals is also the Father of Adam.
Scripture also tells us to obey those in authority over us both locally and federally-- unless they tell us to do something that is contrary to God's Word. Then a person might be arrested and can continue to be a witness to those around us.
God created Adam and eve and before the flood everyone / people were off-spring of them. After the flood -- Noah and his family were told to be fruit full -- they started repopulating the earth. Since the cross- those who accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior are brothers and sisters in Christ. They are born again believers and have God the Father as their heavenly Father.
Other then That -- our biological brothers and sisters are our only real brothers and sisters.

Yes, the Father of the believers in Christ, is the same Father who created the animals. There is only one God, the One who created both man, and the animals. He is the Father of both man and the animals. When you believe in Christ, you believe in the Father who created both man and the animals, so yet another reason not to kill your brothers of the same Father.
You can't. The Father that created man, created the animals also, it is the same Father. This is irrefutable. So we are brothers:
1. a brother (whether born of the same two parents, or only of the same father or the same mother)

The only way to the Father is through Jesus, so my Dog will also have to go through Him too?
