Heb 10:1 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.
Perfect from what? Sin, (Hebrews 10:10,11,12,14)
Heb 10:2 For then they would have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins.
The sacrifices of the law could not take away sin or make the worshiper perfect from a rememberance of sin.
Heb 10:3 But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year.
Heb 10:4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.
1Jo 3:5 And ye know that he (Jesus) was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
Joh 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
Rom 11:27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
