The point that I was making when I asked you, where does the Ten Commandments judge or condemn me? I was thinking you would say, "they cannot." Neither can the Judicial Law judge or condemn me. Neither does GOD judge and condemn me at this point. Only because He is not imputing sin to me, because I am dead to sin and I cannot live in it.
Rom 6:1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
Rom 6:2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
We as believers are dead to the nature of sin. If I am not in the nature, I cannot develop it's fruits. The fruit of the nature of sin is sin. The fruit of the nature of Righeousness, is righteousness.
When I was alive in the nature of sin, I brought forth the fruit of sin, but I am no longer alive to the nature of sin spiritual speaking. And I am no longer under/justified by the law that imputed in to me.
Rom 7:5 For when we were in the flesh, the motions/influence of sins, which were by the law, did work in our body to bring forth "fruit" unto death. (the wages of sin is death)
Rom 7:6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.
