@Christ4Ever
I don't envy you in this position. Being a moderator on a theological website has to be one of the harder jobs in the entire world.
I find no joy when someone has to be removed. But I truly believe sometimes it's for the better. Thank you for your courage.
There are a lot of disagreements on this website, and that's OK, we don't have to agree on everything. It took me a long time to realize that.
But sometimes these disagreements cross a fine line. It's no longer a debate. It's personal. It's OK to be pertinacious. But there is a point
when you can become reprobate.
We definitely need to be praying for our moderators. I haven't seen a few of hem in a while. How many are still around?
1Pet 5:2 shepherd the flock of God among you, exercising oversight not under compulsion, but voluntarily, according to the will of God; and not for sordid gain, but with eagerness;
Act 20:28 "Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood.
Act 20:29 "I know that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock;
Act 20:30 and from among your own selves men will arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after them.
