@JustAskin -- so you're saying that you Are either a Mormon or a J.W.?
Do you believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that there is salvation only through the shed blood of Jesus Christ -- that no good works on our part are needed to complete salvation? And that Jesus Christ died on the cross, was buried and rose again bodily the 3rd day.
How can I be ‘either Mormon or a JW’? You have to make a more direct statement of who you think I AM.
But truly, I am NEITHER. It’s just a fact that you cannot see someone who is speaking the truth. Why are you labelling me?
The Jews asked John the Baptist if he was Elijah or one of the prophets because he spoke the truth vehemently against them (or RATHER, that they should change their ways) and for them to “Make straight the way of the Lord”.
They, too, had never taken the full truth into their understanding.
Jesus asked Peter who he thought he was. Peter answered correctly that Jesus was, ‘The Son of God’.
And I also answer you that Jesus is ‘Christ, the Son of God’.
But you asked me if Christ died,.,, hey, of course I do... isnt it YOU who doesn’t believe that Christ died???
Yes, is it YOU, Trinitarians, who say:

Strange, that...because “
it is the FATE of all mankind to die once!”
Yet you say that Jesus-God did not die on the cross. Yet he cried out TO GOD saying, ‘Father, Father, why have you deserted me... into THY HANDS I commit my spirit...’
So Jesus-God died and his Spirit went up to REST WITH GOD ... as ALL HUMAN SPIRIT do when the body dies!!!
Until their judgement day!

Jesus is the SECOND and the LAST - ADAM.
The man, ADAM, was not born of the seed of another man... but his BODY was fashioned from the dust of the earth... unlivened... it was ONLY when the breath of life from Almighty God; the Father, was BREATHED INTO HIM that HE ‘Became a LIVING SOUL’.
Being so made, he was without sin (naturally) and was HOLY (naturally) being so made DIRECTLY BY GOD.
Jesus, came in his place, seeing that Adam sinned... God required the sacrificial blood of a pure unadulterated human to satisfy his anger at Adam.., one pure life for an adulterated life: ipso facto!
Jesus was that man... BORN NOT OF THE SEED OF A MAN BUT BY
THE BREATH OF GOD (aka: the Holy Spirit). The seed of a woman... was the foundation for his body... inert.., expelled away each month to the soil in a woman... but the breath of life entered into one of these seeds (the ‘overshadowing by the Holy Spirit) and a child was born, a LIVING SOUL whom the angel told Mary SHALL BE, ‘[sinless and ] Holy, SON OF THE MOST HIGH GOD...’
This ‘SHALL BE’ IS FUTURE.... Jesus had to PROVE HIMSELF TO BE SO.
Jesus lived an exemplary life with his family... caused no problem, was a joy to his mother. His only mistake was maybe to be TOO ENTHUSIASTIC in the temple and went off without telling anyone of the family thus causing them distress - it showed he had to LEARN the TORAH even though he understood it better than the learned scribes and Pharisees!
When the time was right, Jesus entered INTO THE SERVICE OF GOD, his Spiritual Father... HIS Father GLORIFIED HIM at his baptism, John baptising him with water and God baptising him with ‘The Oil of Gladness’ : the Holy Spirit...
And what does it mean to be baptised this? It is a holy ANOINTING... a SETTING ASIDE such a one for KINGSHIP AND/OR [HIGH] PRIESTHOOD (Check your Torah for kings and priests anointments..., but Jesus is to become both)
And, ‘CHRIST’ means, ‘Anointed one’... so it was AFTER he was baptised this that he BECAME ‘Jesus THE CHRIST’.
This anointed brought the Power and authority of God unto his hands (to use, not to own!!) and this Jesus was led into the wilderness to be TEMPTED BY SATAN as to whether Jesus would MISUSE THESE POWERS... Jesus sailed through the temptation (I warrant there were more than three but that we are only told of these most pertinent ones.)
Phil 2:6 expresses this gorgeously: ‘For though he had the power of God, he did not think to grasp for equality WITH GOD... but instead......!’
Now that is HUMBLENESS!!!
And that is also why the Jews wanted to kill him. They knew the messiah was coming - but they expected a ARMY GENERAL - a Field Marshall - A conquering lion of Judah... to rid them of the Romans...
They were so disappointed ... such a meek and mild humble man cannot be whom they waited for for so long.., no, he is an imposter... lets kill him before his preaching persuades the crowd and bring the Romans down upon us (The Romans could not subdue the Jews and so agreed to let them practice their belief as long as they kept themselves quiet - Jesus put a hornets nest among the Jews and the ones like Ciaphas feared for their position in the community... Pontius Pilate also feared the crowd and released Barabas despite knowing Jesus was innocent!!)
By the way, ‘SON OF ...’ in scriptures regarding SPIRITUAL FATHERHOOD, means:
- ‘He who does the WORKS OF THE FATHER’
And they are numerous examples of this in the scriptures. It is WRONG to take a HUMAN PERSPECTIVE on this and think that a Spiritual Father PROCREATED A SPIRITUAL SON... no, that is a HUMAN CONCEPT.
ALMIGHTY GOD IS NOT HUMAN...
‘God is SPIRIT’.., and a SPIRIT does not PROCREATE.
God CREATES... he created the Angels, and he created mankind - both as SENTIENT BEINGS!
This means that the HOLY Angels are:

And compliant means that we do the works as God directs by his spirit to do.
ONLY JESUS CHRIST as man, does so... hence Jesus is THE ONLY SON OF GOD.
What sense does it make that God should reward GOD with what God already owns!!!
No, Jesus, as man, is rewarded with KINGSHIP (remember?) over CREATION.
And he becomes ‘HIGH PRIEST TO GOD’.
How can God be high priest to himself????
How are we to pass through the gateway of Jesus to get to GOD if Jesus IS GOD...?
