Concerning Fear, And Hope...

Please think carefully about this.

John 9:2 His disciples asked him, "Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?"
John 9:3 "Neither this man nor his parents sinned," said Jesus, "but this happened so that the works of God might be displayed in him.

If children of allegedly evil people suffer evil then why are there so many of them.We should all be shiny happy people by now.
And how did these allegedly evil people stay alive long enough to fill the earth.
I know many christians that had horrible parents.

How then do you define 'horrible parents? Are they walking in the Word, walking in Love? Are they living by faith? Do they live for anyone besides themselves? What is a horrible parent? A parent who is walking in LOVE would not be horrible. On the other hand, if they are horrible parents and Christians they are still, probably, following the wrong leader. That's why we are told to live in the Spirit and not in the flesh. So your point is.....? :-)

So your point is.....?
To speak from the mouth what you do not believe in your heart is just giving lip service.
There is no evidence that Job spoke his fears as far as I can see.
Please point out any such scripture in case I missed it.
The only thing I found was this:

Job 1:5 When a period of feasting had run its course, Job would make arrangements for them to be purified. Early in the morning he would sacrifice a burnt offering for each of them, thinking, "Perhaps my children have sinned and cursed God in their hearts." This was Job's regular custom.

Job feared for his kids. He talked about it constantly, his kids died. How do I know he talked about it? He was people just like we are. We get scared, we talk it.

Scripture is written exactly as it is for a reason, sometimes it does allow us to read between lines but in this case I think it's important to just read what it says.
We are just fooling ourselves when we believe we can change our speech and not change the heart or mind to come into alignment with love
which is the Father's will working in and through us.
I agree that changing speech patterns is important and also helps us reinforce those words of God and integrate them into our hearts and mind.
But until the heart and mind believe what the mouth is saying there is not going to be much power to manifest good or evil simply by speech.
To speak from the mouth what you do not believe in your heart is just giving lip service.
Only believe,then speak.

As for those children with horrible parents I speak this verse with all my heart and mind and by the spirit.
Psalm 34:18 The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

I believe he is with them.
