2Chronicles 20:20-2320*
Early the next morning the army of Judah went out into the wilderness of Tekoa. On the way Jehoshaphat stopped and said, “Listen to me, all you people of Judah and Jerusalem! Believe in the Lord your God, and you will be able to stand firm. Believe in his prophets, and you will succeed.” 21*After consulting the leaders of the people, the king appointed singers to walk ahead of the army, singing to the Lord and praising him for his holy splendor. This is what they sang:
“Give thanks to the Lord;
his faithful love endures forever!”

22*At the moment they began to sing and give praise, the Lord caused the armies of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir to start fighting among themselves. 23*The armies of Moab and Ammon turned against their allies from Mount Seir and killed every one of them. After they had finished off the army of Seir, they turned on each other.

Thank you Jesus for your divine intervention in all things.:girl_hug:

Glory to you.

Amen

Amen sister Sleepy.

Psalm 113

1 Praise the LORD!

Praise, O servants of the LORD,
Praise the name of the LORD!
2 Blessed be the name of the LORD
From this time forth and forevermore!
3 From the rising of the sun to its going down
The LORD’s name is to be praised.

4 The LORD is high above all nations,
His glory above the heavens.
5 Who is like the LORD our God,
Who dwells on high,
6 Who humbles Himself to behold
The things that are in the heavens and in the earth?

7 He raises the poor out of the dust,
And lifts the needy out of the ash heap,
8 That He may seat him with princes—
With the princes of His people.
9 He grants the barren woman a home,
Like a joyful mother of children.

Praise the LORD!

Hallelujah. What an awesome God we serve. King of kings and Lord of lords.

Psalm 47

1 Oh, clap your hands, all you peoples!
Shout to God with the voice of triumph!
2 For the LORD Most High is awesome;
He is a great King over all the earth.
3 He will subdue the peoples under us,
And the nations under our feet.
4 He will choose our inheritance for us,
The excellence of Jacob whom He loves. Selah

5 God has gone up with a shout,
The LORD with the sound of a trumpet.
6 Sing praises to God, sing praises!
Sing praises to our King, sing praises!
7 For God is the King of all the earth;
Sing praises with understanding.

8 God reigns over the nations;
God sits on His holy throne.
9 The princes of the people have gathered together,
The people of the God of Abraham.
For the shields of the earth belong to God;
He is greatly exalted.

Oh Praise His Holy Name.

When I stand in glory,
I will see His face,
There I'll serve my King forever
In that Holy Place.

Thank you oh my Father,
For giving us your Son.
And leaving your Spirit 'til
The work on earth is done.

Jesus,I my cross have taken,
All to leave and follow Thee;
Destitute, despised, forsaken
Thou from hence my all shalt be.
Perish every fond ambition
All I've sought and hopedand known!
Yet how rich is my condition
God and heaven are still my own!

Let the world despise and leave me,
They have laft my Savior too;
Human hearts and looks deceive me
Thou art not, like man, untrue.
And while Thou shalt smile upon me,
God of wisdom, love and might,
Foes may hate, and friends may shun me
Show Thy face, and all is bright!

Man may trouble and distress me,
Twill but drive me to Thy breast;
Life with trials hard may press me
Heaven will bring me sweeter rest
O 'tis not in grief to harm me
While Thy love is left to me;
O 'twere not in joy to charm me
Were that joy unmixed with Thee!

Haste thee on from grace to glory,
Armed by faith and winged by prayer;
Heaven's eternal day's before thee
God's own hand shall guide thee there
Soon shall close thy earthly mission,
Swift shall pass thy pilgrim days;
Hope shall change to glad fruition,
Faith to sight, and prayer to praise!!!

I need Thee every hour, Most gracious Lord;
No tender voice like Thine can peace afford.

I need Thee, O I need Thee! Every hour I need Thee!
O bless me now, my Savior, I come to Thee!

I need Thee every hour, Stay Thou near by;
Temptations lose their power, When Thou art nigh.

I need Thee, O I need Thee! Every hour I need Thee!
O bless me now, my Savior, I come to Thee!

I need Thee every hour, In joy or pain;
Come quickly and abide, Or life is vain.

I need Thee, O I need Thee! Every hour I need Thee!
O bless me now, my Savior, I come to Thee!

I need Thee every hour, Most Holy One;
O make me Thine indeed, Thou blessed Son!

I need Thee, O I need Thee! Every hour I need Thee!
O bless me now, my Savior, I come to Thee!

Amen brother.

Father I praise you for this Easter time. Thank you Jesus for dying on the Cross at Calvary for me, for taking my place. But I praise and thank you that you didn't stay in the grave. I praise you Lord that you rose again victorious.

Lost in Wonder (Martin Layzell)

You chose the Cross with every breath,
The perfect life, the perfect death.
You chose the Cross.
A crown of thorns you wore for us,
And crowned us with eternal life.
You chose the cross.
And though your soul was overwhelmed with pain
Obedient to death, You overcame.

I'm lost in wonder,
I'm lost in love,
I'm lost in praise forevermore.
Because of Jesus unfailing love
I am forgiven, I am restored.

You loosed the chords of sinfulness
And broke the chains of my disgrace.
You chose the Cross.
Up from the grave victorious
You rose again so glorious,
You chose the Cross.
The sorrow that surrounded You was mine,
"Yet not My will but Yours be done" You cried.

(I realise I posted this song before, but this says what I want to say today)

God of earth and sky, You have come, and You’ve shown us everlasting light, and a hope that endures for all time. So I raise my voice with the sky and the sea; yes I raise my voice and say: All in Heaven will bow, and the earth will cry out and sing “You are holy, holy, Lord almighty!” God of Heaven and earth, You have come, and You’ve saved us. Your love is beyond words, and Your fame will forever endure. Lord, I come just as I am, and I lay my treasures down. I will dwell, dwell on Your glory!

*At the moment they began to sing and give praise, the Lord caused the armies of ..the enemy...to turn on thier own allies.

Well GLORY, I never seen that before!

All hail the Power of Jesus' name!
Let angels prostrate fall;
Bring forth the royal diadem,
And crown Him Lord of all;
Bring forth the royal diadem,
And crown Him Lord of all!

O that with yonder sacred throng,
We at His feet may fall!
We'll join the everlasting song,
And crown Him Lord of all,
We'll join the everlasting song,
And crown Him Lord of all!

"O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!"

Rev 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

Oh how I wish I could see what John saw, Glorious!

There is a name that is so precious,
a name so wonderful to me.
This name is worthy of all praises.
Because of him, I am made free.
That name is Jesus, oh how I love him.
The one who gave, his life for me.
Because of love, so unconditional,
I will have life, eternally.

This name speaks peace, unto my storm clouds,
This name speaks calm, unto me fears.
And whenever I feel, that no one loves me.
His loving presence is so near.
That name is Jesus, oh how I love him.
The one who gave, his life for me.
Because of love, so unconditional,
I will have life, eternally.

Praise that name!
Praise that name!
Praise that name!
Praise that name!

Someday I'll leave this earthly dwelling,Through time and space, my soul will soar.
And I will finally see the face of Jesus.
and I'll praise his name, forevermore!
That name is Jesus, oh how I love him!
the one who gave his life for me!
Because of love so unconditional
I will have life eternally
Ohhh Matchless is that name!

Oh glorious is that name!
Oh wonderful,is that name
Let's all praise....That name!

Amen, that name, oh that name!
*Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts4:12

Low in the grave He lay- Jesus my Savior!
Waiting the coming day- Jesus my Lord!

Up from the ground He arose,
With a mighty triumph o'er His foes;
He arose a Victor from the dark domain,
And He lives forever with His saints to reign:
He arose! He Arose! Halelujah! Christ arose!

Vainly they watch His bed- Jesus my Savior!
Vainly they seal the dead- Jesus my Lord!

Up from the ground He arose,
With a mighty triumph o'er His foes;
He arose a Victor from the dark domain,
And He lives forever with His saints to reign:
He arose! He Arose! Halelujah! Christ arose!

Death cannot keep his prey- Jesus my Savior!
He tore the bars away- Jesus my Lord!

Up from the ground He arose,
With a mighty triumph o'er His foes;
He arose a Victor from the dark domain,
And He lives forever with His saints to reign:
He arose! He Arose! Halelujah! Christ arose!

Halelujah! Jesus is LORD, and there really is nothing men or angels or the legions of satan can do about it!

Rom 14:9 For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.

Rom 14:11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.

Alas! and did my Savior bleed?
And did my sovreign die?
Would He devote that sacred head
For such a worm as I?

Was it for crimes that I have done
He groaned upon the tree?
Amazing pity! grace unknown!
And love beyond degree!

Well might the sun in darkness hide
And shut his glories in,
When Christ, the mighty Maker died
For man the creature's sin.

But drops of grief can ne'er repay
The debt of love I owe;
Here, Lord, I give myself away
Tis all that I can do.

When I went for a walk down our country lane this morning, this song was on my mind, and I began to sing it as I walked...oh glory to God!

O Lord my God, When I in awesome wonder,
Consider all the worlds Thy Hands have made;
I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder,
Thy power throughout the universe displayed.

Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art.
Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art!

When through the woods, and forest glades I wander,
And hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees.
When I look down, from lofty mountain grandeur
And see the brook, and feel the gentle breeze.

Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art.
Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art!

And when I think, that God, His Son not sparing;
Sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in;
That on the Cross, my burden gladly bearing,
He bled and died to take away my sin.

Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art.
Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art!

When Christ shall come, with shout of acclamation,
And take me home, what joy shall fill my heart.
Then I shall bow, in humble adoration,
And then proclaim: "My God, how great Thou art!"

Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art.
Then sings my soul, My Saviour God, to Thee,
How great Thou art, How great Thou art!
