Any studies of the Book of Job here?

When I started reading Job chapter I was confused and pondering at this Job 1:6-12
In God's presence satan appeared and God asking satan have you considered my servant job. I was thinking about this and I asked one of my friend about this and she told that all I know is that without God's permission satan cannot do any thing. God remove his hand from job and then only satan could attack job. God taught me a new lesson and increased my faith in him. Correct me if there is any wrong.

God protected me when I was a lonely Catholic lad who loved God and knew almost nothing. I am no longer a lad and I know a little more and at times He still protects in the midst of some my foolishness. Do I still do foolish things at 70 years of age. Absolutely, only now I am too often un able to plead ignorance.

God protected the three Hebrews in the book of Daniel who trusted Him and the fire did not burn them. Stephen also trusted God, but the stones stoned him to death. Why the difference? Why did God give us Bibles?

If God is for us all things are possible, enemy cannot defeat us.

Being undefeated means what? Jesus prayed for the cup to be removed but it wasn't. We don't always get what we in our flesh would want, but we always get, if we trust God, what God knows that we need.

I am not scripturally strong but trying and asking God to help me understand the bible. I saw so many changes when I started to read Job chapter and God revealed me so many answers as why God will test people. Joseph, Esther and many people are tested as we read the bible and they never complained. I was complaining why God has chosen me as I was not born in a Christian family and no one believes Christ in my family and I was from a different religion and I am facing so many persecutions and going to church and believing Christ is not easy to me. But through Job chapter and in different ways God is showing me not to complain but to trust God fully, whole heartedly. God loves us and he is good. If we are tested, we are becoming stronger and are changing into the image of Christ.
