Your claim that mankind was created to become God is false teaching. Scripture plainly declares, "Before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me" (Isaiah 43:10).

You have twisted John 10:34, Psalm 82, and Philippians 2 to support a doctrine those passages do not teach. Being created in God's image does not mean becoming God.

The serpent introduced the deception, "Ye shall be as gods" (Genesis 3:5). Be careful that you are not repeating that same lie.

Stop adding to God's Word. You quoted 1 Thessalonians 5:21 about proving all things. Then prove your own doctrine. Show us one passage that says mankind was created to become God.

22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

This is actually one of God's promises and I hardly hear anyone talk about it.

Stop perverting God's Word to promote the lie that mankind will become God! You are taking promises of glorification and twisting them into promises of divinity. That is false teaching, not biblical truth.

God declares, "Before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me" (Isaiah 43:10).

The serpent's lie was, "Ye shall be as gods" (Genesis 3:5). You are promoting that same deception while using Scripture to justify it.

Repent of this false doctrine and stop trying to lead others into error! God's Word is not yours to twist (2 Peter 3:16).

You're overlooking the very words that explain the passage: "knowing good and evil" (Genesis 3:22).

Adam and Eve gained the knowledge of good and evil through disobedience. They did not become gods. In fact, Genesis 3:23-24 records God driving them out of Eden and barring access to the tree of life.

The serpent promised, "Ye shall be as gods" (Genesis 3:5), but gaining knowledge of evil did not make Adam and Eve divine.

Genesis 3:22 does not contradict my point. It exposes the error in yours. Knowing good and evil is not the same as becoming God. Isaiah 43:10 still stands: "Before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me."

The dream was interesting in that its one of the rare times i've had a dream that directly relates to what another person said on the internet the day prior...

While i don't believe some of what juno says, i do believe that God is seeking to mature us for the purpose of giving us more power and authority to be like Jesus in our every day life. This means the full scope of the work: teaching, healing, rebuking, etc.

Idk where but it is written one of the gifts that His children will have is rebuke yet as we grow n mature we must always remember it is not us but He who dwells in us all Glory n Honor Goes to He who created The Heavens n Earth all that is seen and unseen..

Talking about spewing Scripture n taking it out if context ya best be careful doing that .

If i take this broken english litterally, then you are saying the serpent is responsible for making people confuse good with evil..

I have never seen scripture make such a claim.

Rather, the scripture condemns those who proclaim evil as good and vis versa. It never blames this problem on the serpent.

GOD came from everlasting so this scripture in context is talking about Israel making idols and worshipping them.

I mean we look like God and Jesus said himself that the scripture cannot be broken. I'm just showing the people what the savior himself said.

Well I did do that. If you need more proof let's go back to the beginning.

Genesis 3: 1 - 6, 22
1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:

3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

Have you ever wondered why Satan is such a good liar? Well because he always make a true statement amongst the lies he is telling. Now here is the thing if you tell a lie the whole thing is corrupted but you cannot get someone believe a lie that is outrageous.

6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

Eve seriously thought oh for real I can be like God? Then she listened to whatever Satan had to say. Seriously though if they had spoken to God instead he would have taught them how to live forever.

Now look at what Jesus is going to say

22 And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

24 So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

Can anyone here dispute this? This what Psalm 82 is talking about. We accepted the person of the wicked and now we die like men. Now mankind has lost access to the Tree of Life which will allow us to live forever. Satan is evil and cannot die hence why the Lake of Fire will be created for him and his servants. We need to come out of darkness and choose Jesus and gain eternal life.

Revelation 2: 7
7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

If we are the sons of God and we can now live forever what does that make us? Man still? Same way Jesus was able to walk on water we will be able to do that too, heck you will be able to turn water to wine and you can fly just like angels. You won't be in the Godhead so I don't want anyone to say that I said that. All I'm saying is God has a great reward for his servants and we don't consider it.
