The Tribulation Isn’t What You Think — and Jesus Never Taught a Rapture Escape Plan

Waiting for you to grasp the fact that you have just insinuated that Peter needed to be crucified upside down to be saved.

You get ahead of yourself. You need to go back to the basics of what exactly a Christian is.

Paul would have qualified for heaven whether he was beheaded or not. As he was a born again, new creation, Holy Spirit filled Christian.

And, as I have said to you twice now, there is a world of difference between being at the mercy of wicked humans over the devil and demons.

1. God allows us to be victimised by wicked humans in order that we may be a witness of Jesus to them. There is no need to be a witness to the devil and demons.

2. A Holy Spirit filled Christian has power to cast demons out of people. The antichrist and demons cannot have their way if Holy Spirit filled Christians are here. This is a 'duh' fact.

Your idealogy is illogical, unscriptural and absurd.

------------------------

For the fifth and last time, try grasp that Rom 10:9 is not compatible with Rev 14:9-10 and Rev 2:10.

Rom 10:9 If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Rev 14:9-10 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand. The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb.

Rev 2:10 Do not be afraid of anything that you are going to suffer. Indeed, the devil will throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will face an ordeal for ten days. Remain faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.

IE:

In Rom 10:9 Confess with mouth and believe in heart that Jesus is Lord and rose from the dead = Saved.

Rev 14:9-10 - The criteria to be saved is to not get his mark. No amount of ''Confess with mouth and believe in heart that Jesus is Lord and rose from the dead'' will help you.

Rev 2:10 - the criteria to be saved is enduring torment and death. No amount of ''Confess with mouth and believe in heart that Jesus is Lord and rose from the dead'' will help you.

At this point I genuinely have to ask — is English your first language? Because your interpretations are so wildly disconnected from anything I actually said, it's staggering. No one — literally no one — said Peter had to be crucified upside down to be saved. That was your own bizarre, twisted strawman, not anything I argued. Maybe reread slowly this time.

You keep shouting like a self-appointed guardian of Christianity while ignoring direct scripture laid out verse by verse. Then you cherry-pick three different contexts — Romans (salvation through faith), Revelation 14 (warning to unbelieverswho take the mark), and Revelation 2 (a call to endurance for believers) — and pretend they're contradictory when they’re not. You’re confusing salvation doctrine with warnings about apostasy and perseverance under trial. That’s called basic theology.

The Bible doesn’t contradict itself — you do.

Romans 10:9 is the foundation of salvation — how we enter the covenant by grace through faith. Revelation 14 and 2 are warnings about what happens to those who abandon that covenant, deny Christ under pressure, or align with the Beast. If anything, these verses prove my point — that true saving faith endures and obeys.

Your logic is like saying: “Well, if you need to avoid the mark of the beast, then Romans 10:9 must be false.” No — it means those who truly believe will obey and not take the mark. Faith isn’t a magic password — it’s living allegiance to Jesus.

You’re trying to pit scripture against scripture because you don’t understand how the Bible weaves together faith, obedience, endurance, and grace. That’s not sound doctrine. That’s confusion dressed up as confidence.

You say, “The Antichrist and demons can’t have their way if Spirit-filled Christians are here.”

Tell that to Jesus in the wilderness.
Tell that to the apostles martyred one by one.
Tell that to the early Church fed to lions.
Tell that to Stephen as he was stoned to death while full of the Holy Spirit.

Your entire theology collapses under the weight of scripture and history.

Maybe the real “duh” fact is that you’re repeating Scofieldian fantasy, not the Gospel.

BAC, you are a smart person, why can you also not grasp the below?

The Holy Spirit is needed for Rom 10:9 salvation. Not needed in the tribulation for Rev 14:9-10 and Rev 2:10 salvation.

Rom 10:9 is not compatible with Rev 14:9-10 and Rev 2:10.

Rom 10:9 If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

1 Cor 12:3 Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking in the Spirit of God says, Jesus is accursed; and no one can say, Jesus is Lord! except in the Holy Spirit.

You’ve made the classic dispensational error of fragmenting the Gospel — as if God has different salvation plans depending on the calendar.

Romans 10:9 is not incompatible with Revelation 14:9–10 or Revelation 2:10 — it’s foundational to them. You're confusing saving faith with evidence of that faith under pressure.

Let’s walk through this slowly, since repetition doesn’t seem to be helping you.

Romans 10:9 = how a person is saved: faith in Jesus’ lordship and resurrection.
Revelation 14:9–10 = a warning to professing humans on earth: if you bow to the Beast, your profession of faith is meaningless.
Revelation 2:10 = a call to persevere in that faith, even unto death.

There is no contradiction. The same Gospel applies. But in the end times, faith in Christ is proven by refusing the markand enduring tribulation.

That’s not a different “system of salvation.” That’s the same message Jesus preached:

“He who endures to the end will be saved.” — Matthew 24:13
“If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross daily and follow me.” — Luke 9:23

You treat Romans 10:9 like it’s a magic spell — like someone can just say the words and be immune to everything else Christ warned us about. But real saving faith obeys, resists evil, and endures.

So yes — those saved during the tribulation will be Spirit-filled believers who endure and do not bow to the Beast. That’s not a new system. That’s just the cost of discipleship — and it’s always been the same.

Your position is like saying:
“Because Revelation warns of hell for taking the mark, that must mean Romans 10:9 stopped working.”

No — it means the ones who really believe what Romans 10:9 says will never take the mark in the first place.

Faith that saves is faith that stands.

Stop trying to rewrite the Gospel into different covenants every 10 chapters. The cross doesn’t expire because Revelation gets intense. It proves who really clings to it.

How do you explain Rom 10:9? Rom 10:9 If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

What you and others are teaching is called a works based salvation.

You misrepresent the gospel of grace, thinking it is a 'cheapened' gospel. You want to 'feel' like 'you' deserve to be take to heaven because 'you' suffer for God. Very naive statement by you. All Christians suffer and will suffer. But there is a vast difference between suffering as a witness of Jesus verse having to suffer to prove your Christianity. If you don't understand that, the entire NT is flying over your head.

Let’s break this down once and for all.

Romans 10:9 is true. No one’s denying that. But you’re using it like it’s the only verse in the Bible — while ignoring everything Jesus, Paul, James, Peter, and John say about obedience, repentance, and endurance.

“If you love Me, keep My commandments.” — Jesus (John 14:15)
“He became the source of eternal salvation to all who obey Him.” — Hebrews 5:9
“Faith without works is dead.” — James 2:17
“Let no one deceive you. The one who practices righteousness is righteous.” — 1 John 3:7
“If we deny Him, He also will deny us.” — 2 Timothy 2:12

That’s not works-based salvation — that’s the fruit of true faith.
You’re the one teaching cheap grace. Grace that excuses sin, not grace that empowers obedience.

You accuse others of adding works, but it’s actually you who’s subtracting repentance.

Romans 10:9 is a starting line, not a “get out of sanctification free” card. It’s how you enter the covenant — but the New Testament makes it absolutely clear that real faith walks, obeys, endures, and dies to self.

You mock Sue’s comment as “naive,” but she’s simply repeating what Jesus said:

“Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.” — Luke 9:23
“If anyone does not remain in Me, he is thrown away like a branch and withers.” — John 15:6
“He who endures to the end will be saved.” — Matthew 24:13

That’s not “works-based salvation.” That’s the Gospel — the one you keep slicing into fragments because you can’t bear the cost of discipleship.

What you’re preaching is a delusional shortcut:
Say a prayer, coast into heaven, ignore the warnings, and call obedience “legalism.”

No wonder Jesus said “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of My Father who is in heaven.” — Matthew 7:21

Your theology doesn’t exalt grace — it hijacks it, neuters it, and turns it into a license for sin.

Sue’s right. The feel-good gospel you’re pushing doesn’t lead to a cross — it leads to a cliff.

I agree! It is all wrapped up in a cheapened and altered gospel message which teaches that a mere verbal profession of faith in Jesus Christ assures all professers of faith forgiveness of all sins, being raptured before things get really bad, and heaven as their eternal destiny, but regardless of how they live on this earth or even if they honor and obey the Lord with their lives. It is a "feel good" gospel message which comes from the same place as "the pre-trib rapture" teaching, all of which avoids death to sin and walks of obedience to the Lord and having to suffer in this life for the sake of the gospel, and for the sake of righteousness. And we suffer because we stand strong on the truth of the teachings of the Scriptures and we do not adopt the lies which so many are believing today, because they do not confront them with their sins and their need to repent and to obey God and to suffer for the sake of genuine biblical walks of faith in obedience to our Lord. The Lord had me write on a parallel subject to this this morning, titled, "Don't Give Up The Fight." For we are in spiritual warfare, and our enemy is hot on our trail to take us down.

Your comment is like a war cry in a valley of compromise. You nailed it — today’s “feel good” gospel is a counterfeit, forged in hell, shrink-wrapped in sentiment, and handed out by pastors more concerned with filling seats than preparing saints.

This pre-trib rapture doctrine is just the cherry on top of a theology that requires nothing, costs nothing, and produces nothing — no repentance, no endurance, no cross. Just a soft ticket to heaven with no fire, no fight, and no faith that actually obeys.

But the real Gospel? It costs everything.

It crucifies the flesh.
It walks through tribulation.
It stands in the fire.
It doesn’t ask for comfort — it asks for courage.

Like you said — we suffer because we stand. We don't run from it. We don't beg to be airlifted out before the final battle. We were born for this hour — to be light in darkness, to expose deception, and to endure like Noah, like Daniel, like the early Church.

Your message, “Don’t Give Up the Fight,” couldn’t be more needed. Too many are laying down their swords and swallowing Scofield’s poison — all while the enemy sharpens his blade.

But not us. Not the remnant.
We’re awake. We see the lie. And we’re not backing down.

Let the false church chase its fantasy escape plan.
We’ll be the ones holding the line when the Beast rises.

And when the smoke clears, and Christ returns in glory, it won’t be the pre-trib crowd He gathers — it’ll be the ones who endured.

Thank you for your encouraging words. Glory to God! I do not hear many people these days say the things that you say. It is a very sad reality, though, although it is the truth, that far too many people are believing the lies and not the truth, and if they do not change, and if they do not repent of their sins, and if they continue in disobedience to God, God says they will not inherit eternal life, but he will say to them, "I never knew you. Depart from me you workers of lawlessness." So we must fan the flame of the truth of what God's word actually teaches, and keep refuting the lies of the enemy, and pray for blinded eyes to be opened to the truth before it is too late. Thank you for speaking the truth amid all the lies. We need truth tellers who are sharing and teaching what the Scriptures teach in their appropriate context.

our view point on end times is not part of our salvation, and is not sin if you get it wrong IMO, unless you can show me scripture

are you saying the law is still in effect today for the jews?
Anyone who is working for their salvation is under the law. You can only get out from under the law by having faith in Jesus Christ.

Gal_3:10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them
.
Gal_3:23 But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.

Gal_4:4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
Gal_4:5 To redeem them that were under the law,
that we might receive the adoption of sons.

Gal_4:21 Tell me, ye that desire to be under the law, do ye not hear the law?

Gal_5:18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

Anyone who is working for their salvation is under the law.

Are you saving people can work and earn salvation under the law?

Romans 3:20

For by works of the law no human being will be justified in his sight, since through the law comes knowledge of sin.

Nobody can work for salvation, and if they try, they will be judged by the law.

I have not read all that is written here; however, I have read enough to see that many do not really have a good understanding of the importance of Numbers on The Scriptures, or what They tell The Reader.
I highly suggest that any who are truly desiring to understand the Number In Scripture; read That Book, by E.W.Bullinger. That Book will certainly wake up MANY!
Numbers are VERY IMPROTANT!

Nobody can work for salvation, and if they try, they will be judged by the law.

The confusion here comes from treating “works of the law” (Torah/legalism) and “obedience to Christ” (faithful response) as the same thing — and they’re not.

Romans 3:20 is 100% true: No one is justified by works of the law — meaning rituals, circumcision, temple ordinances, etc.

But that doesn’t mean obedience is irrelevant.

Scripture teaches that we’re saved by grace through faith
but real faith produces obedience.

“He became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey Him.” — Hebrews 5:9
“Faith without works is dead.” — James 2:17
“Not everyone who says to Me ‘Lord, Lord’ will enter... but only he who does the will of My Father.” — Matthew 7:21
“If you love Me, keep My commandments.” — Jesus, John 14:15

Let’s be clear:

You can’t earn salvation by doing works.
But if your “faith” produces no fruit, you don’t have saving faith.

That’s not legalism — that’s the New Testament.
So let’s stop acting like there’s a contradiction between grace and obedience.

Grace is the root.
Obedience is the fruit.
No fruit? No root.

How God deals with Israel as the Mosaic covenant is still in force to the Jews is different in how God deals with His Church. How God deals with His Church includes both Jews and gentiles. Jesus main mission in coming to the Earth was for the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

Jesus said…

Mat 15:24 But He answered and said, "I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of Israel."

Every thing we read in the book of Mathew concerning Jesus second coming was directed towards the Jews. Not the Church

Since the Jews rejected Jesus as their messiah God has blinded them for a time until the fullness of the gentiles have come in, then God will remove their blindness and turn his attention towards them which happens Turing the great tribulation period.

Rom 11:25 For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in.

The book of Daniel foretells of a time called Jacob’s trouble in the 70 weeks (7 years) of Daniel. Jacob name was changed by God to Israel which means the seven years of tribulations is Israel trouble in which God dealing once again forwards Israel his elect. Why would God anoint 144,000 Jews to evangelize the world if it was not for the Jews?

Then you’re preaching another gospel.
Because if the Mosaic covenant is still in force for anyone — Jew or Gentile — then Christ died for nothing.

Hebrews 8:13 couldn’t be clearer:
“In speaking of a new covenant, he has made the first one obsolete. And what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.”

And Romans 10:4?
“For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.”

There is no parallel track where Jews are saved by the law while Gentiles are saved by grace. That’s the heresy of Dual Covenant Theology — and Paul explicitly condemns it in Galatians 1:6–9.

There is no active Mosaic covenant today.
Christ fulfilled it and nailed it to the cross (Colossians 2:14).
Any Jew still clinging to the law is under a curse (Galatians 3:10).
God does not have two plans — one for Jews, one for the Church. That’s a blasphemous distortion of the Gospel (Galatians 1:6–9).

Let’s be clear:
Jesus didn’t come to start two churches.
He came to gather one flock under one Shepherd (John 10:16).
That flock includes all who believe in Him — Jew and Gentile alike.

Romans 11 does not mean God will go back to the old covenant. It says unbelieving Jews can be grafted back in only if they believe in Christ (Rom. 11:23). Not by Torah. Not by Moses. Not by surviving Jacob’s Trouble.
There’s no “special deal” for ethnic Israel. (Not to mention the fact that finding a real, genetic “ethnic Biblical Jew” today would be about as rare as a Bigfoot sighting.)
Bottom line, without Christ, they are under a curse — just like every Gentile.

Your claim that Matthew is “for the Jews, not the Church” is pure Scofield fiction, heresy, and blasphemy.

Blasphemy — because it dares to divide Christ’s own words from His Body.
Heresy — because it teaches two separate peoples of God when Scripture says there is one new man in Christ (Eph. 2:15).
Fiction — because there is no verse in Matthew that says, “This is only for ethnic Jews.” Jesus spoke to His disciples — the foundation of the Church (Eph. 2:20) — and said, “Teach them to obey everything I have commanded you.” (Matt. 28:20)

So unless you’re ready to rip the Sermon on the Mount out of your Bible and hand it to the Sanhedrin — stop dividing the Word of God like a false teacher with a Scofield scalpel.

Paul told Timothy that “All Scripture is God-breathed… profitable for instruction” (2 Tim. 3:16). Jesus’ words in Matthew are not for some other group — they’re for us.

And the 144,000?
They’re not evangelizing some "left-behind" world. That whole framework is built on an eisegetical fantasy — not the text. Nowhere does Revelation say the 144,000 are preaching during a 7-year tribulation. You read that into the text because Scofield Dispensationalism told you to.

There is one covenant, one faith, one baptism, and one people of God (Ephesians 4:5).

Anything else — especially the idea that Jews are still under Moses — is another gospel; one written in Hell.

And Paul’s warning is crystal clear:
“If anyone preaches a different gospel… let him be accursed.”
— Galatians 1:9

Don’t mix law and grace.
Don’t resurrect covenants Christ fulfilled.
Don’t divide what God has made one.

“In speaking of a new covenant, he has made the first one obsolete. And what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.”
Growing old ready to vanish away does not mean it has already passed away.

Jesus said......

Mat 5:18 For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished.

Any Jew still clinging to the law is under a curse (Galatians 3:10).
Yep, they are under the curse of the law.

Gal_3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

"Us" means believers, not unbelievers. Jews are unbelievers in Jesus so they are under the curse of the law.

Curtis, you're still missing the entire point — because you're reading the Law like a Pharisee, not like a Christian.

1. Hebrews 8:13 says obsolete — not “still valid.”

“He has made the first one obsolete.”
“What is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.”

“Obsolete” doesn’t mean “still in effect.” It means superseded — replaced by the New Covenant. That verse is a transition warning — not a permission slip to cling to Moses.

If you’re arguing that “ready to vanish away” means the Law still applies after the cross, you’re ignoring the entire thrust of Hebrews 7–10, where it says:

“When there is a change in the priesthood, there is necessarily a change in the law as well.”Hebrews 7:12

Jesus is the new High Priest.
New Priest = New Covenant.
Old law? Gone. Fulfilled. Replaced.

2. You’re misusing Matthew 5:18 like every Dispensationalist does.

“Not one jot or tittle will pass from the law until all is accomplished.”

And guess what?

John 19:30“It is finished.”

All was accomplished at the cross.
Jesus didn’t die to preserve the Torah — He died to fulfill it.

If you’re still clinging to Matthew 5:18 to say the Mosaic covenant is in force after the resurrection, you’re doing exactly what the Judaizers did — and Paul didn’t mince words with them:

“You who would be justified by the law are severed from Christ.” — Galatians 5:4

3. You just admitted Jews are under the curse — and didn’t realize what you said.

You wrote:
“Yep, they are under the curse of the law.”

Exactly. And if they’re under the curse, they are not saved.

“Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law…”

“Us” = believers.
So what does that mean for the unbelieving Jew?

They’re not redeemed.
They’re still under the curse.
And yet you’re out here arguing they’re under some “still-in-force” Mosaic covenant as if that’s a good thing?

That’s like saying, “Yeah, they’re in the burning building, but it’s okay — the building still has value.”

Galatians 3:10“All who rely on the works of the law are under a curse.”

You can’t claim Jews are under the law and then argue God’s still operating through that law.

You either preach Christ alone — or you preach another gospel.
There is no middle ground.

All was accomplished at the cross.
No, it is only "accomplished" for believers at the cross, not for unbelievers.

Heaven and Earth will pass away before any part of the law passes away.

Do you know why that is?

What was the purpose of the law anyway? To show people that they are sinners. Do we still have people on earth who need to discover they are sinners?

Rom 3:20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

When heaven and earth pass away and God creates a new heaven and a new earth, there will be no need for the law.

Curtis, you just confused the function of the law with the covenant of the law.

Yes — the law exposes sin.
Yes — it convicts the unbeliever.
But that does not mean the Mosaic covenant is still in effect.

You're quoting Romans 3:20, but ignoring what Paul says just a few verses later:

Romans 3:21“But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed…”

Let me spell it out:
The law still convicts the sinner.
But the Mosaic covenant is dead. Fulfilled. Buried.

“Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.”Romans 10:4

And your “Heaven and Earth” argument? It collapses under its own weight.

“Until heaven and earth pass away, not one jot or tittle will pass from the Law…” — Matthew 5:18

Jesus wasn’t saying the Mosaic covenant would live forever. He was saying it would not fail — it would be fulfilled perfectly. And He did that at the cross:
“It is finished.” — John 19:30
“Having canceled the record of debt… He set it aside, nailing it to the cross.” — Colossians 2:14
“A change in priesthood means a change in law.” — Hebrews 7:12
“By calling this covenant ‘new,’ He made the first one obsolete.” — Hebrews 8:13

So let’s be clear:

The law still convicts, but the covenant of law is dead.
Unbelievers are judged by the law they rejected, not preserved by it.
And Jews who still cling to Moses are not "under God's special covenant" — they are under a curse (Gal. 3:10).

Your logic is like saying the Old Covenant is still active because people still sin.
That’s like trying to enter a locked building with a key that was changed 2,000 years ago.

Christ fulfilled the law.
The cross accomplished it.
The covenant was replaced.
Stop trying to resurrect what God declared finished.

The Mosaic covenant was the key — but the lock changed at the cross.
Christ fulfilled the law, replaced the covenant, and handed out new keys:

“This cup is the new covenant in my blood.” — Luke 22:20

Still clinging to Moses isn’t faithfulness — it’s spiritual trespassing.
