If the serpent (satan) had killed them, than God could have JUDGED HIM immediately, and gotten rid of him which would have made things better for the creation, for sure.

I do not believe per God's word that Satan would have been able to kill them because they had not inherited sin and thus death by sin. By His word, Adam and Eve lives until they had broken His commandment which brought what He had warned them that it would bring; death.

AS IT IS, however, since Adam & Eve jumped onto satan's side against God, then any judgement on satan would also apply to Adam and Eve also, as well as the REST of us who have also taken satan's side against God. SO there had to be a Savior to clean things up. Fortunately (for us) the Savior was in the plan from the beginning.

Adam's sin was listening to Eve when God had told Him directly what would happen. That is why the women are to be submissive to the men because of man's sin of hearkening unto the woman's word over God's word.

The woman did not hear God said this exactly, but heard from Adam what God had said for why the serpent went after her to sow doubts in His words. Then she, in turn, sowed doubts in God's words.

I expect to, on the other side, not too much longer from now.

By His grace & by His help, do make sure everything is a - okay between you and the Lord by going before that throne of grace asking for any discernment you need to expose the works of darkness by His words to lean on him for help to depart from it. Salvation is never at risk for believers or even former believers, but abiding in Him is for being not only ready for the Bridegroom when He comes, but not to be ensnared by the cares of this life that we would not want to leave.

I am doing this for myself as I place all my hopes in Him as my Friend to correct and keep me as His friend by abiding in Him & His words as well as being willing to go wen the Bridegroom comes. So keep your eyes on Him because that is what the real indwelling Holy Spirit is leading us to do whereas the spirits of the antichrist would do the opposite by drawing attention to themselves & for their visitation of signs & lying wonders to take their eyes off of the Son in worship.

I am sure we do not incur the consequences of specific sins from our parents since Jesus does defer from it when He was asked per the example of why a certain person was blind or lame or something to that regard as I faintly recall, but Romans 5:12 & Romans 5:21 does testify that death is an inheritance as passed down to us all that we all had received because of the sin of Adam.

It is a complex topic.

So let us look at the biology for an example. As a clinical social worker, I'm aware of many babies who have been born drug exposed.
Such babies are born being prone to fits of rage, issues with violence as a child and more.

Furthermore, we don't even have to look at those extreme cases, parents in general pass on some aspects of their personality to
their children. Many bad habits such as OCD traits, or problems with focusing due to issues in the nervous system or various other
mental health issues are passed on from parent to child.

Now, the biology may not be realized unless the environment activates it, but it is there, even if only dormant, awaiting the opportunity
to be realized. For example, I'll share a personal story. It seems the schizophrenia runs in my family on my mother's side, as some of
the females on my grandmother's side, include 2 aunts, have had issues with schizophrenic behaviors. This gene was passed on to
my sister. However my sister did not exhibit it. It wasn't until her early 40s in which an acute onset of life stressors, (losing her job,
social isolation, etc) triggered this gene which was already in her, and my sister was admitted to the hospital due to a psychotic break down.

So if we study biology, and if you understand the connection between the way we think, behave and our genetics. Then you will realize
that children inherit many many tendencies for bad habits, behaviors, or at least the genetic structures to make the come to being.
Yes we have a spirit and the Holy Spirit can work to change us. But if you understand the genetics and heredity, you will know that
we are all messed up and this is a combination of what we get from our parents. And what they got from their parents, etc, etc.


The Bible even talks about the Fathers eating sour grapes and the grandchildren having crooked teeth, indicating the connection.

So if you look at sin in the sense of missing the mark or not doing things God's way. And if you realize that we inherit from our
parents the strong tendency to behave as our parents did, whether mental health wise, emotionally, cognitively, etc;
then you come to the conclusion that unless our parents were perfect we are being created with a behavior bias and alignment
that is from birth set against God's perfect way, because we are set to act based on our genetic programming, which I'm sure you
will agree is NOT programmed to operate according to God's perfect way of holiness.

Since it is about being born again, and the OP addresses how one can be born again in the womb when the Father reveals His Son to them while in the womb & even after birth, Matthew 11:25-27 I would say John 3:3-7 applies to any one at any time since the Father is the One that reveals His Son to us so we can believe in him & be saved. It does not matter how since visions and revelations can come in any form and since it s not by the persuasion's f a man's speech, but the Spirit's power as the Spirit of the Father is doing the work of the Father to give the Father the full credit for whatever the Spirit does as the Spirit of Christ does now per John 16:13-15 KJV.

So, since Jesus is the only perfect being created how could any baby born from anyone and not have Holy Spirit inside them be perfect to start with? It is not a matter of passing; it is rather a matter of creation. Now I have always wondered about Adam and Eve, were they perfectly created? It seems as though they were until Adam sinned.

If anyone was created in a perfect state, then Jesus would be joined with perfection by another, and we know that could never happen! (Isaiah 42:8) You all made some very fine points, and I do not wish to argue with anyone here, like Bob said it is a complex problem.
