The only person that has been to Heaven is Jesus!

Ok, 2 Kings 2:11 the word heaven is sky also notice small “h”. Elisha, cannot see into “Heaven”! All of Heaven is Holy! Elisha saw him go into the sky [heaven]. In a whirlwind [tornado] a vision of chariots of fire, a vision chariots of Israel . Small letter not capital “c” or “f” or “h”. Remember in the front of all of our good bible translations, it tells us the meaning and how to read the English syntax , remember. If it is a bible translation written in English language❤ There are rules in reading, especially in Bible Translations❤ And God has made it possible for us. We do not need a priest.❤ Everyone can be a “Theologian”!

4 [T]he LORD'S throne is in heaven[.] (Small "h.") - Psalm 11.

Throne is a anthropomorphic word when considering Heaven and God. Heaven is a place, if it is a place. Now if it is a place, GOD made it, now if He Made it , where was He standing when He Made it?

We all would rather be with Christ which is far better than here! Christ went away to prepare a place for us, remember.
2“In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you.3“And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. (John 14). And when He is finish, if we are sleep He will wake us up❤️ Do not worry it will be alright, just like a twinkle of an eye.

When some people die and they have an after death experience they don't actually go to Heaven, they are on their way to Heaven but if it's not their time then it's not their time and God sends them back. I've died and had an after death experience myself, you can find my testimony on the testimonials page.

“No one has ascended to Heaven except He who descended from heaven, the Son of Man” (John 3:13 ESV). Now, Heaven, is not “Paradise” they are not the same. Heaven and “Abraham Buxom ” are not the same. Because IMO, Jesus does not cause confusion, men do. When Jesus says, Heaven He means Heaven, when Jesus says; “Paradise “ He means paradise, and when He says; “Abraham Buxom ” He means Abraham Buxom. I don’t have to go to “Harvard Divinity School” or “Oxford” to understand that.
And where ever I am at, God is there, whether in the body or out of the body I’m in the presence of the Lord.
open for discussions ❤

I attribute that to the opinion of the author. People go to Heaven all the time when they die.

When I say this, l mean no harm, ok. I view “Holy Scripture” Has the authority of all biblical truth. Over the church of God and mankind.
just because a person heart stops, does not mean that person is dead by God’s standard. A person is dead, when God separates the spirit of man from the body, Then they are dead. You have never met anybody that went to Heaven and came back, but Jesus! If anyone says they have been there and back, they either was dreaming or had a vision while they were really sleep. Because if they say they were, then Jesus must be a liar and or the Word of God, mis quoted Him.
Who are you going to believe, people, or your own understand .
4God forbid: yea, let God be found true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy words, And mightest prevail when thou comest into judgment. (Romans 3:4) ASV.

Blake H, you said:When some people die and they have an after death experience they don't actually go to Heaven, they are on their way to Heaven
Well when people die, how long is the travel time for them to get to Heaven? Since they are on there way.

This was one of the apostle Paul's letters.

2 Corinthians 12:2-3 (NLV) "I know a man who belongs to Christ. Fourteen years ago he was taken up to the highest heaven. (I do not know if his body was taken up or just his spirit. Only God knows.) I say it again, I know this man was taken up. But I do not know if his body or just his spirit was taken up. Only God knows.

Eph 2:5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
Eph 2:6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

Col 3:1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

Col 2:11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
Col 2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

Col 1:12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
Col 1:13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

Oh, you think, ok. And I think Jesus does not lie. I think that a mere ploughboy can understand John 3:13 no matter what translation you use. Some might of had, a vision, or a dream . If you are not a Angel or Jesus you have not been there, according to “Holy Scripture”. You might try to use some eisegesis to put someone there. Heaven is so “Holy” even your dreams and your visions cannot approach. ❤️

I really don’t have too, Paul most likely is talking about himself, concerning his vision with Jesus. He is describing a vision, and using hyperbole but cannot rightly tell what it was and could be considered a “Beatific Vision”.❤

Are you sure? Take another look. Not explicitly but fully implicitly he had a vision.

what do yall make of this?

Acts 2:34
For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he himself says, “‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at my right hand,

I see nothing to make of, that is a clear statement. The Apostle is quoting ; Psalms 110:1, As did Jesus did in Matt. 22: 43,44 (ASV)
43He saith unto them, How then doth David in the Spirit call him Lord, saying,

44The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, Till I put thine enemies underneath thy feet?

@PloughBoy, you are running a double standard. When Blake H talks about Jesus speaking non-literally you immediately equate it with calling Jesus a liar. And yet you are comfortable saying that Paul is hyperbole, which is a form of non-literal communication.

You seem to be at ease with naming others' faults very directly, so it seems right to warn you of the dangers of hypocrisy.
