Do you believe that we are in the very end times, where Jesus can return within the next 100 years or so?

I would advise using the book of Revelation as a gauge of where you think we're living in currently chronologically.

Some thoughts about the end times signs...

What will happen in the end times? (Summary)
Financial Signs of the End Times (audio)
Understanding the End Times
12 Signs of the End Times

This is meant to be a fun poll and bible discussion. Ultimately:

Matthew 24:36 - But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.

I would like to join with those of the first century AD who believed surely Jesus would return for them. They faced terrible persecutions in His name. By that I acknowledge I too may face their dilemma involved in waiting.

I think it's interesting that most people believe they are living in the end times. The prophets seemed to believe that the Messiah was going to appear any day, the apostles thought that Jesus would return in their lifetime and throughout history, people have predicted time frames of the 2nd coming.

Yes, some people get crazy about trying to predict when Jesus will return which we know is pointless. No one knows.

Just a friendly reminder about this poll and discussion: "This is meant to be a fun poll and bible discussion."

Check out this link: http://www.endtimes-bibleprophecy.com/page33.html which talks about the end times being like it was in the Days of Noah and Lot. It says in the day's of Noah, Matthew 24:37-39; as well as in the day's of Lot, Luke 17:28-30. It may be true that there must have been many others who believed in God, but who worship God in their own way, but it is just as Jesus said in Matthew 7:21-23, "Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in Heaven."
In Dr. Neil T. Anderson's book, Discipleship Counseling describes how he became aware of hurting Christians. all of the people he has counseled over the years had one thing in common, that none of them knew who they are in Christ, nor did they fully understand what being a child of God really means, referring to Romans 8:16, Galatians 4:6, Colossians 1:27. Anderson goes on to say, it seems that Colossians 1:27 seems to be missing from their personal experience and their ignorance of their spiritual heritage. (Anderson, Neal T., Discipleship Counseling, Ventura, California, Regal Books,2003. I might add that is good, as a rule of thumb, to read through Gen-Rev. once for every year the Lord lets you live. Are we living in the last days, yes! Remember, we, as Christians, are in a win-win situation. WEe win in this life and we win in the next life.

All praises to FATHER AHAYAH YASHAYAH WA RAACH!

I do believe but I believe it's much sooner than 100 years! A lot of signs seem to indicate the time is very near.
I believe it's right in front of us, some see it and others don't.
I believe every angle we turn will indicate a sign but again who will see it and make that connection?
Knowing the signs in the last days will be the best guide.

It is indeed true that lots and lots of people have believed that they live in the end times. But honestly, the end times have been going on since Jesus was here. He is coming 'soon.' And while the human perspective 'soon' is long past, that doesn't mean that God's 'soon' matches. There is an urgency shown throughout the New Testament to spread the Good News, which only makes sense.

But to be honest, though many generations have believed that they were the last, you must admit that the 'labor pains' are much closer together now than before. Look at all of the natural disasters, all of the ways that human beings are trying to play god, the increase of persecution around the world. We are getting nearer to the return of Jesus with every passing day. And though we are not to play at guessing what day God has determined, we know that we are to follow His commands and be prepared always.

Some of the 'point' is to be spiritually ready Now. And reaching out to others with the Gospel unto salvation Now to all who will listen. Well -- within reason. I really wouldn't advice standing on a street corner with a huge sign saying "Jesus Is Coming Soon -- Be Prepared". Especially not with yellow / green / purple spiked hair and wearing a 'jump suit'. Of course That Would give you a slightly Different audience listening to you. :)

There are Many people living in dire situations and facing persecution 'as we speak'. I do Not mean to downplay what is going on in this world 'as we speak'.

Yep - cannot be disputed. The End Times began in Jesus generation. Jesus said so, the Apostles did as well and every Christian since lives his life expectantly as if it is the End Times waiting for Jesus to return. Mark 13 28 “From the fig tree learn its lesson: as soon as its branch becomes tender and puts forth its leaves, you know that summer is near. 29 So also, when you see these things taking place, you know that he is near, at the very gates. 30 Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away before all these things take place. 31 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away "

When I think about the times we live in right now, Matthew 25:1-13 often comes to mind.
Also, the days of Noah. I think we've arrived personally.
But John 16:33 !

We have not yet equaled the times of Noah. As far as I know no babies are being sacrificed to volcanic lava lakes, but maybe so. We have not yet seen on TV an image of the Beast statue speaking "great things" that challenge holy God. Well, I haven't kept up with the latest proclamations of the Demoncrats, so might be a little behind. What is the end extreme that Noah faced? We don't know the intensity level. Earlier generations before us would not even mentally conceive their next pastor would be a homosexual. I witnessed that dilemma in a very evangelical Methodist church here, their new pastor welcoming all types of perverts who are publically demonstrating their physical attractions. That congregation has dwindled from over 300 to about 25 saints who just can't abandon their childhood refuge. How God weighs such things has to do with when He sends Jesus back, no doubt to me. Considering how often and much that Christians have suffered persecutions, along with those of Jews, makes it very much more difficult to predict the long suffering of God. He is far more liberal with grace than any of us.

A sure sign you have missed the opportunity to bypass the great judgment of the tribulation is if you see Israel take up the ministry of the Church. I estimate we are now at the brink of Rev 5:14, even though the Church has been holding there all along. The Church tries to see the end as eminent, while God is not confined to time. Like a burglar coming, the next phase will happen when least expecting. LEAST expecting! Maybe that is the moment when the Church stops expecting?

I believe we are much closer than 100 years. I was talking with a man who said he was viewing a book on Line that was written in 1900. He said the book said that Trump would be the last President. I would like to see and scan through the book. I know ON THE SEVENTH TRUMP, CHRIST RETURNS TO EARTH. I’m a firm believer that God puts Presidents in and takes Presidents out, as with all world leaders. I truly believe President Trump was put into power by God. The name Trump didn’t come on the scene by chance. There was no way Trump was going to be President. He was out spent two or three to one, 80% of the news media was against him, the Democratic Party was against him, the Republican Party was against him, Hollywood was against him, the IRS was against him, the DOJ highest in Rank and down was against him, the FBI highest in rank and down was against him, and 50% of the people were against him. His chances of winning was about ZERO, but he won anyway. Trump continues to put Gods name out in front of the people. He is trying to put our government back in the hands of the people where it should be. Our government has not been for the people by the people in a long time. We are seeing this play out on TV day by day. Who ever would believe that there was a swamp of deep state player running our country the way they wanted or saw fit. When you think about it it’s pretty scary my friends. We are not talking a little city politics here, these players here were the highest most powerful in the federal government of law enforcement divisions. Now the big push is to drive democracy out and socialism in. How many countries have to fail and go down with defeat cause of socialism before people take note. Nothing is free. Someone is paying for it. And when that someones money is used up, everyone goes without. Sorry for wondering off message but these things happening now are signs of the times or seasons.

The parable of the fig tree is a parable that Christ said learn. He didn’t say maybe you should learn it, but to learn it. Christ making it known that when you see Israel become a nation again, that the GENERATION borned in that year would not past before He would return. The year that Israel won the war and took back their holy land and from that time they were recognized as a nation once again, that was in 1948. This was the first time that Israel was recognized as a nation since 70 AD, when the Roman general, Titus broke down the walls and dispersed or scattered the Israelite people. God speaks of a 40, a 70, and a 120 year generation in His world. We could say that man live on the average about 70 years. Some longer and some shorter. The point I’m making is that the 70 year generation was up in 2018. Christ didn’t say that everyone born in the generation of 1948 would be living when He returned but the majority of them should be living at that time. The people borned in 1948 are 70 years old now. Something to think about.

There are other things that gives us the season of Christ return . God say that the powers in charge in the last days would try and drive Him out of everything. We see this going on right here in the USA. You can’t pray in school no more, can’t have any Christian thing on government property anymore. They don’t even want God mentioned in public places. Christian churches are being burned by the hundreds in some countries. We have our own politicians/law makers actively passing laws to drive God out. I understand that Christians on college campuses can’t hold prayer meetings but the same colleges will furnish prayer mats and a set aside room for other religions to pray to their god. Double standards really Get to me.

The Father said in the last days, they would make what was right, wrong, and what was wrong, right. If one opens their eyes, you see this happening quite often. There would be wars and rumors of wars but don’t be real concerned, But when you hear peace peace peace, then you had better start watching real close. Earthquakes in diverse places. That’s places that are not known for earthquakes. Here where I live, that’s how it was, never felt an earthquake, but now days when I’m up late at night studying, I’ve felt several earthquakes over the last five years. They were small but I could feel the trembling of my home and the chair I was in.

There are more things that will happen to give you the season of Christ return. I don’t know for sure when it will happen but I know for sure it will happen on the SEVENTH TRUMP.

I agree with you, i believe we are very close to the great tribulation spoken of in matthew 24. I also believe we are entering into the time of world war 3 and the mark of the beast will follow global economic collapse.

Wake up church, do not take the mark of the beast as you will not be able to enter the Kingdom of Jesus.

You will have to trust God Almighty to feed you and protect you?

By faith all your needs will be met.
Hebrews 11

Repent and trust Jesus.

Luke makes mention in Luke 17:20 that Christ cometh not with observation. Meaning it happens so slow and suttle that people don’t see it till it actually happens. He said it would be like the days of Lott and Noah. There was same sex marriages happening back then. We now have same sex marriages taking place now. What’s such a abomination to God is that the marriages are taking place in house of God and a so called man of God/preacher of Gods word is preforming the wedding union. People accept the that same sex union as nothing, it’s not all that bad. When the people of Sodom and Gomorrah began having same sex marriages, that was when God had enough and burned them down. People don’t realize just how devilish the union of same sex marriages are especially when a man of God let’s this union take place in a house of God. God is not happy about it, I can assure you.

In march of 2016 in the night the Lord spoke to me that He is coming and my bride is not ready. The church is asleep, He said the church is busy teaching their own agendas and no one is speaking of my coming.
They are not teaching repentance and all who are struggling with sin just need to come to him and He will help them.

Many will be left outside the gate, great calamity is going to come upon the face of the earth and my bride is not prepared for it.

The Lord gave me these scriptures Revelation 11:14-19 & Revelation 21

14 The second woe is past. Behold, the third woe is coming quickly.
Seventh Trumpet: The Kingdom Proclaimed
15 Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!” 16 And the twenty-four elders who sat before God on their thrones fell on their faces and worshiped God, 17 saying:
“We give You thanks, O Lord God Almighty,
The One who is and who was and who is to come,
Because You have taken Your great power and reigned.
18 The nations were angry, and Your wrath has come,
And the time of the dead, that they should be judged,
And that You should reward Your servants the prophets and the saints,
And those who fear Your name, small and great,
And should destroy those who destroy the earth.”
19 Then the temple of God was opened in heaven, and the ark of [d]His covenant was seen in His temple. And there were lightnings, noises, thunderings, an earthquake, and great hail.

Revelation 21

All Things Made New
21 Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. 2 Then I,John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. 4 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”
5 Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.”
6 And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. 7 He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son. 8 But the cowardly, [unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”
The New Jerusalem
9 Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls filled with the seven last plagues came to me and talked with me, saying, “Come, I will show you the [g]bride, the Lamb’s wife.” 10 And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the [h]great city, the [i]holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, 11 having the glory of God. Her light was like a most precious stone, like a jasper stone, clear as crystal. 12 Also she had a great and high wall with twelve gates, and twelve angels at the gates, and names written on them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel: 13 three gates on the east, three gates on the north, three gates on the south, and three gates on the west.
14 Now the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the [j]names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb. 15 And he who talked with me had a gold reed to measure the city, its gates, and its wall. 16 The city is laid out as a square; its length is as great as its breadth. And he measured the city with the reed: twelve thousand [k]furlongs. Its length, breadth, and height are equal. 17 Then he measured its wall: one hundred and forty-four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of an angel. 18 The construction of its wall was of jasper; and the city was pure gold, like clear glass. 19 The foundations of the wall of the city wereadorned with all kinds of precious stones: the first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald, 20 the fifth sardonyx, the sixth sardius, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst. 21 The twelve gates were twelve pearls: each individual gate was of one pearl. And the street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass.
The Glory of the New Jerusalem
22 But I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. 23 The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light. 24 And the nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it. 25 Its gates shall not be shut at all by day (there shall be no night there). 26 And they shall bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it. 27 But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.

The Lord keeps showing me prepare our hearts, repent, forgive others turn away from sin..
Be ready !
