Worldwide Prayer Focus

As a member of World prayer center, I've decided to bring the cries of our brothers and sister around the world here.

I have broken these prayer request into three groups, Countries (some of us only pray for Israel ), Deliverance (red ) and Personal/Salvation

Its is very long, so ask God to show you which group he wants you to read and intercede for at this moment, you can always come back. You don't have to reply, but your comments are welcomed.

Please join me, I've already prayed for them and I know, there is no such thing as too much prayer.

-----------------COUNTRIES----------------------

Djibouti- One of Africa's smallest countries, Djibouti remains stable largely due to French presence in the region. Largely an Islamic state, Djibouti does have religious freedom. Pray for further evangelism, Ethiopian refugees, & for future leaders.

Colombia- Columbia continues to supply cocaine to 75% of the world & continues to be plagued by endless cycles of violence. Pray for peace, the end to guerrilla attacks & drug lords, the growing church, & new economies to replace the drug industry.

Dominica- A small Island north of South America, there is a strong pastoral burnout problem in this country. Pray for a spiritual revival, the church pastors, the indigenous people, and for the continued stability of the government.

Antigua & Barbuda- This country, almost 93% Christian, relies on tourism for sustainment. However, this country does suffer from gambling, drug dealing, violence, & kidnapping. Pray for continued faith, a decrease in sinful activity, & fellowship.

Bahrain- A small archipelago found in the Persian Gulf, this Muslim nation which has the largest amount of Arab Christians in the Gulf, allows limited religious freedoms. Pray for further religious freedom, Christian refugees, & continued evangelism.

Bangladesh- This country is one of the world's poorest nations, while it does grant some religious freedoms, these freedoms aren't enforced or protected. Pray for the persecuted, the growing church, those living in poverty, & for the government.

Czech Republic- Released from Communistic rule in 1989, the Czech Republic has undergone massive democratization. The atheistic void of Communism has yet to be filled. Pray for evangelism, revival, the youth, church attendance, & Christian leaders.

Israel- This Jewish nation established after W.W. II, serves as a refuge for dispersed & persecuted Jews from around the world. Pray for peace & diplomacy, the government & it's leaders, the Christian community, the safety of tourists, & for healing.

India- India is still making great economic growth in the service & technology industries. The Christian church has seen unification and continues to grow. Pray for the government & it's leaders, the church & it's leaders, & the lower classes.

Guyana- There have been many answers to prayer in this country including freedom of religion & Christian leadership. Pray for governmental strength & stability, ministry out-reaches to the youth, economical growth, & missionary efforts.

Germany- Germany is now seeing a great revival amongst it's youth, which may reverse the declining state of Christianity. Pray for the government, further & far-reaching revival, the youth, the church, & for the new immigrants coming to Germany.

Comoro Islands- An Islamic nation off the eastern coast of Africa, these islands are overpopulated and underdeveloped. Pray for freedom of religion, the continued underground church movement, a strengthened government, & for sustained missionaries.

Gambia- This democratic country located on the northwest coast of Africa still maintains religious freedom even though there is a large Muslim majority. Pray for missionaries, the church, evangelistic out-reaches, the youth, & the government.

Ethiopia- Church growth and wide-spread Bible distribution has been a big answer to prayer. This is due in large part to religious freedom that was granted by the government. Pray for the leaders and their development, the church, & the youth.

Croatia- Found on the eastern coast of the Adriatic Sea, Croatia was deeply effected by the war between Serbs and Bosnians. Pray for reconciliation between the Croat, Serb, & Bosnians, Christian leadership training, & a stable government.

Eritrea- Since 2001, this country has been closed to outside journalists, and only a few religions are allowed to practice. Pray for peace, economical developments, freedom of religion, Christian missionaries, the government, & Christian leaders.

El Salvador- Since 1992, this country has seen a stable democratic government, but is still recovering from the after effects of civil war & unrest. Pray for reconciliation, diving healing, church leadership, orphans, & the future leaders.

Pray for Lena D. She heeds salvation, deliverance from depression and healing. Pray for salvation for her whole family. Pray for my friends Ruslan, Vanya and Kiril to be saved. Pray for my neighborhood to come to God. Thank you.

Countries

Swaziland- This country is located in-between South Africa & Mozambique, & contains a large AIDS population. Pray for legislated freedom of religion, church unity & attendance, the countries youth, evangelistic outreaches, & for the church leaders.

Sudan- South of Egypt, Sudan is an Islamic country where 1/4 of the population is Christian. There is partial religious freedom, but the church is heavily persecuted. Pray for religious freedom, peace, Christian & political leaders, & the persecuted.

South Africa- While largely industrialized, 1 out of every 5 people in South Africa has AIDS. Pray for the government & Christian leaders, those affected by the AIDS epidemic, healing, spiritual revival, immigrants, youth ministries, & for missions.

St. Lucia- St. Lucia is located in the Caribbean Sea north of South America, & while largely Christian almost 80% of child births are out of wedlock. Pray for increased church attendance, a spiritual awakening & revival, & an increase in morality.

St. Kitts-Nevis- These two islands located in the Caribbean north of South America are over 95% Christian. Pray for increased church attendance, government strength & stability, Christian leadership, economic growth, tourists, & the youth.


Personal/ Deliverance

Vanuatu- An archipelago of islands found in the south Pacific, Vanuatu grants complete religious freedom. Pray for an ongoing spiritual revival & awakening, the government & the political leaders, missionaries, Biblical translations, & the unreached.

United Arab Emirates- This country has been diversifying itself, and has helped to bring much of the population out of poverty. Pray for freedom of religion, evangelistic opportunities, government stability & consistency, & for the unreached.

Seychelles- This small island nation found north of Madagascar is largely Christian. However most Christians are nominal or immoral. Pray for increased church attendance, a spiritual revival, youth ministry, economic stability, & for Church leaders.

Senegal- Over 90% of the country is Muslim & freedom of religion has remained intact while this African country has not unscathed civil unrest & Christian persecution. Pray for Christian evangelism, Christian leaders, the persecuted, & the church.

Congo- Congo has paid a heavy cost for government embezzlement of funds, & the different wars that are found in this region. Pray for peace, Christian leadership training, the youth, continued missionary efforts, a strengthened democratic government.

Burkina Faso- One of the world's poorest countries, this country finds itself trying to balance modernization and "old" ways of living. Pray for the unreached people groups, the youth, church leadership, against the occult, & for Christian aid.


Germany- Germany is now seeing a great revival amongst it's youth, which may reverse the declining state of Christianity. Pray for the government, further & far-reaching revival, the youth, the church, & for the new immigrants coming to Germany.

Botswana- Botswana is one of the few stable democracies in Africa. While this country has seen great prosperity it is being effected by the AIDS epidemic. Pray for Christians to not be nominal, morality, revival, unreached minorities, & the youth.

Countries

Mexico- Mexico is roughly 95% Christian, with the majority belonging to the Catholic Church. Mexico is further solidifying its place among the nations. Pray for sustained church attendance, denominational unity, youth evangelism, & the immigrants.

Malaysia- This largely Muslim nation, has seen increased church growth due to the recent religious freedoms that have been extended. Pray for increased Church growth & strength, immigrants from China & the Philippines, & for the Christian youth.

Lithuania- The churches of this country have set aside their disagreements to join in unity as a body of believers. Pray for continued church unity and strength, leadership training & development, missionary efforts, & the young Lithuanians.


Deliverance
