'From the heart, I'm giving you everything, everything.' Whoa! Yesterday it was Westlife, today it's Another Level?! But in order that you can turn your dreams into a reality, you're going to need to share it 'from the heart'. You need to tap in to everyone else's passions by first showing where your passions are at.
If people see that what's good for you is good for them too, they'll be champing at the bit. People will follow the dreamer, not necessarily the dream. But if they're sat there like a bit of limp lettuce, it's pretty clear you haven't connected emotionally.
When people see that what you've got is more than just a good idea, but could actually benefit them, they'll be well up for it. Frankly, most people do things for their own reasons, not yours. When they see they're on to a winner, you'll have a match made in heaven.
It's no easy task and some people might still need convincing. This is where dear old polly patience comes in. However, a word of warning: Don't go pelting ahead, so full of your own ideas, excitement and ego that you leave everyone else in meltdown.
You'll need to adapt your pace to keep everyone on board. Remember, there's no 'I' in team, but there is a 'U' in murder!
What now? Ask God for more passion. Listen to some worship and get your praise on!
