“Then He began to denounce the cities in which most of His miracles were done, because they did not repent. ‘Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the miracles had occurred in Tyre and Sidon which occurred in you, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes. When I Was Deceived
I have lived as a citizen of the United States of America from birth, and I am now 76 years old. From early childhood on up I was taught that my nation was a Christian nation, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. And we were taught to pledge (vow) our allegiance (fidelity) to our government and to honor our military as our heroes who save us from the “bad guys” of the world. And we were taught to sing patriotic songs of government worship – all this in the church and in our public schools.
So, I did what I was told to do, no questions asked. I believed that our government was who they claimed to be, doing what they claimed to be doing, and that political right and political left really existed. I also believed that the political right was mainly Christians while the left was mainly non-Christians. So I thought I was honoring God by voting for the political right, and I thought I was voting for leaders who were Christians and who were following God with their lives, for this was the impression I was given.
I also believed the news media, that whatever they said happened really happened like they said it did. I never considered that they might be lying to us, the people. And I believed the history of the USA as it was taught to us in our public schools. I believed what my pastors taught, too, that it was the truth of what the Scriptures teach. But I did begin to question some of that in my late 20’s when I started to be a more serious student of the Scriptures, and I could begin to see some of the contradictions taught me.
But even as late as the year 2000, during the presidential elections, I was convinced that George W. Bush was the “good guy” and that Al Gore was the “bad guy.” So, when they had the “hanging chads,” with regard to recounting the votes in Florida, I believe it was, I was even praying to God for GW Bush to win and for Al Gore to lose. So, when GW Bush won the election, I was elated, and I was probably thanking God for it. I think I may have even cried, I was so happy that the “good guy” won and that the “bad guy” lost.
My Eyes Being Opened
But four years later, in 2004, the Lord began to open my eyes to seeing an entirely different picture of the US government, of our presidents, and of our congress. And he led me to begin reading about the history of my nation and its symbols and its buildings and its idols of worship. And this is when the internet was still pretty wide open and not so much controlled as it is today. And the Lord kept putting in my mind the names of people and of nations and of people groups that previously I had no knowledge of whatsoever.
And so I did the homework, and I began reading about all the things the Lord was leading me to read about. But let me state here that I am not much of a reader, although I am much more so today than I was back then, or before that. I always had and still have some reading comprehension difficulties, and I am a slow reader, and I graduated high school with a 1.4 GPA. But in 2002 the Lord sent me back to school and he taught me that I could learn if I would just trust him to help me. So I learned I could learn.
Otherwise, I would never have tackled all the reading and all the subjects he started me reading. For he was having me read about science, history, geography, and government, etc., which were subjects I was horrible at when I was in high school. And he was introducing me to so many different factions of government, locally and globally, and to the groups they all were a part of, and what kinds of things they were all involved in, which included Satanic rituals, child abuse, theft, deceit, and global terrorism and coups.
And I soon learned that the USA government are the “bad guys” taking over other nations, stealing their natural resources, burning down their buildings, and raping and killing their people. Our government is the world’s worst terrorist organization, and they create other terrorist organizations, training and equipping them to do their dirty work so that it looks like the US is fighting the terrorists, but they are the terrorists. They are the “harlot” who rides the beast, i.e. the wealthy and powerful who are ruling the world.
So they create all kinds of “False Flag” operations to make it look like other “terrorists” are coming against us just so they have an excuse to go into other nations, to go to war with them, and to take over their nations, to steal from them, and to murder their people. And some of those operations included the bombing of Pearl Harbor, the destruction of the world trade center buildings on 911, and weather manipulation in order to conquer parts of America and their natural resources that they want possession of, etc.
And most of this you will not learn about if what you read or listen to or watch is government controlled media, or media controlled by the wealthy and powerful of the world who are bringing all of us into a New World Order. And even some of the supposed “independent media” are still controlled by the government and/or by the wealthy who run the world. They might tell us some of the truth the mainstream media does not report, but it might still be filtered by the people who run the world. But there are other options.
For us Christians, if we want the truth, the main thing we need to do is to pray for God to reveal the truth to us and to expose to us the lies which we are believing. For so many of us were brainwashed from birth on up. And then we should pray to the Lord to lead us to media outlets which are not beholding to the wealthy and powerful of the world but which will tell us the unadulterated truth about the USA government and their crooked dealings throughout the world. And our trust needs to be in God, and not in man.

Men deceiving: We’re believing
In our Lord, and interceding
For our nation and its people
To obey their God today.
