Has anyone tried out Winsor Pilates?? I keep seeing it advertised and it looks really good for toning up but I don't know of anyone that's tried it before. I particularly need to tone up as I have a lot of weight to lose.
 
I heard that it was the best Pilates DVD. But I can't find it anywhere, where I live. I'd liked to get that one too..:wink:
 
There are a lot of great Pilates DVDs accessible through NetFlix instant streaming and also through their delivery service. 8.99 a month is not bad! better than a gym membership!
