Dear friends,

I wish to share something with you, sincerely from my heart. Since I'm a college student, I just decided to share this with you.

If your a born again Christian viewing this post, then this is for you, because it is about winning souls for God's Kingdom.

I believe that we can start winning souls for God's Kingdom while we're still at college. We can show all our friends about Jesus but under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is time that we start becoming serious about our friends, especially the lost souls.

What I've been doing since 5 months is that I began to share with my friends, 'youtube' videos regarding:

1) Rapture
2) Praise and worship songs
3) All other bible related videos.

(My 'youtube' account is y5ee252)

I did it with two things in mind:

1) God will some day touch them through those videos and that they will be saved.
2) The friends that are saved will enjoy them and send it to their friends.

In the same way, even you can start doing something for God while you're still at college.

I can humbly say that this is all God's work and there is nothing for me to boast about it.

Since we're young, I just decided to share this with you so that we can stand up for Jesus and bring glory to His name and show that we're different because of Jesus.

God bless you.

Great post RICHIE! I'm also a christian collage student and have found that a rather effective method of ministry is going to pubs, bars and clubs and not doing the type of things us collage kids do in pubs bars and clubs.

A good example of this is buying people drinks along with a non alcoholic drink for yourself. This will not only cause questions to be asked about why your not drinking but will also make people more likely to have a convosation with you. A friend of mine once described this as being "in the club but not of it" From personal experience I've discovered a few pointers about this strategy of evangelism that anyone attempting it should look into:
1: make sure you won't be tempted into partaking in the sin that goes on in these places (for clubs this is especially important) If you have a weakness for drinking or lust it's probably best to try passive ministy (explained below).

2: make sure the place you go has a quiet area where you can talk (house parties are good for this).

3: get prayed for before and after the event, quite a few of the places you will be entering are strongholds of the enemy so remember to put on your armour!

4: try to wear some form of crucifix or symbol that has a significant story behind it as this will be good for conversations (I go with a simple golden cross necklace)

5: take a christian friend who can support you. It's best to just take one person unless your targeting multiple people as large groups of people can be threatening.

6:Relax! your there to have a good time as well. If your nervous it will show.

7: Remember your not looking for an instantanious conversion, the majority of work you'll be doing is based around changing peoples conceptions of christians and destroying steriotypes. Facebook can be used later on to talk more. It might not even be you who converts the person but someone has to get the ball rolling.

8:make sure you approach people with pure motives. If your choosing people based on thier looks it will show (this means you lads!)

Passive Ministry
If you don't feel ready for the kind of tactics I've been describing just be christlike and make time for people. You would be surprised how large an impact you will have. Remember your trying to make people want what you have.

Good luck out there

To tell the truth, I have never put my foot step in a bar, never smoked a cigarette. I have a very heavy schedule. I go to college at 8:00 in the morning and come home at 9:00 in the night because after college I go for GATE (Graduate aptitude test in engineering) classes from 6:00 to 8:00 in the evening. It takes 1 hour to come home.

So the only choice that is available to me, is the internet.

I have only been to the bar once, and i didn't get drunk or anything. I think it is stupid and i am definitely not going to be going again. I see it so pointless. There is so much other things to live for, why would you want to do that for all your life? Needless to say, I haven't been out to a bar since then i am quite happy where i am and am continually trying to live for God with all that i can and just letting God use me in whatever way.

hey if that works for you crack on! I'm just putting what I've learned up here so people can see use it if they want to

hey thank you guys, you really inspired me... I really want to share the Gospel to my classmates, they know im a Christian, I have shared to one, but i feel sad because it stopped in her. I cant seem to have the right timing with the others, and i am suffering from being stereotyped.... Its my last year in college, and i really, really want to accomplish God's purpose for sending me to school. Pls help me, give me suggestions. I feel like im running out of time, it'll be just few months to go...plus our Christian group in school has totally collapse, i really feel discouraged... Pls pray for me. I can feel how much the kids out there, need Christ but i dont have the mouth to speak. Im all alone.

All I can say is, just trust in the Lord and He will guide you. Just wait on Him and have patience and He will show the right time for you.

He is the one who will use you to tell your class mates about Him. Remember you can't do anything by yourself. It is all God's work, all His doing. You will and you should work His will (not yours) under the guidance of the Holy Spirit alone.

Just trust in Him and surrender everything to Him, because He will give you the mouth and the wisdom to speak.

God knows the best. He will guide you in each and every step.

Please see this video, it will boost up your trust and confidence in God's word.

God bless you.

Whereever we are and ever old we are we can share the Good News. Sometimes you have to get personal to win a soul or go where they are it is through God's grace the comfort He gives us is now what we must give others. I believe that when and How the Holy Spirit leads you must be obedient and do it. Just knowing we reach one soul is enough for me.

Since college about 2002- 2003 i have been sending emails and posting scriptures and daily bread. Sometimes when I visited my church my email was a inspiration to the pastor and that is where is message was birth from. Sometimes people email and say thank you cause that word was for them especially that day. I get some emails that say take me off your list. And i wonder why I am responding to someone now with this matter. And this is the reply i will send to her. And I know that all was in good timing cause the scriptures today was about Preaching the Gospel. So everyone we are all send out to be ambassadors for the kingdom and whatever method we use can bring that lost soul in I commend you on it. Be Bless and just think of this message.

Hello

How are you doing? I was led this morning to send you a hello and ask you a question. Why is it that you wanted to come off the daily bread emails? Do you not believe in God? Or is it that it is causing to much cluster in your inbox? I just wanted to say that the Gospel of Christ is Good News. It will come a day when you seek the Word and you may not find it. I hope all is well with you and that you stay encourage inspite of whatever problem you face. I know when things go bad we put down the Word. But through experience I have learn that His grace is sufficient for and I know that He is able to do it even if He choose not to do it.
