Today I ask for help for the sin alone I cannot fight
I've known it all along but today was shed new light.

Sometimes we all need help putting things into perspective
And after today and with God's help I will be more affective.

I know that I am weak but worrying makes me weaker
To continue this obsession would make my outlook bleaker.

God would have me stand with confidence and trust
And know that with His help to be triumphant is a must.

I ask ask for forgiveness for the worrying I have done
My future is much brighter, I cam almost feel the sun.

I ak for my heart to be as a child - carefree and willing
As I progress I will see my life become more fulfilling.

But as for today I take a step in the right direction
And know that with each step there will be no inflection.

actually used it correctly...lol I am trying myself to increase my vocabulary in writing my poetry. The definition I have is 'the act or result of curving or bending.' In my mind, of course, I am thinking of walking a straight path.

Thanks for asking and if anyone thinks this is an incorrect use of the word, please correct me!

Thank you. Much clearer now. Afraid my own life is more of a series of parabolic curves. But at least while a parabola (arrow flight is the root) does curve a bit, it does come down on the target. Eventually. Usually.

Wow, I loved this! you hit the nail on the head with what I've been feeling. Thanks for sharing!
