Despite all the "Peace" and "coExiSt" bumper stickers, Jesus doesn't want peace at the cost of spiritual compromise.
Matt 10:34; "Do not think that I came to bring peace on the earth; I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.
Luke 12:51; "Do you suppose that I came to grant peace on earth? I tell you, no, but rather division;
Matt 10:35; "For I came to SET A MAN AGAINST HIS FATHER, AND A DAUGHTER AGAINST HER MOTHER, AND A DAUGHTER-IN-LAW AGAINST HER MOTHER-IN-LAW;
Usually when Jesus was talking about the peace he gives, it wasn't "world peace"as such, it was more "peace of mind, despite the world"...
John 14:27 "Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.
John 16:33 "These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world."
He does want peace "as far as it is possible" but again, not at any cost.
Rom 12:18; If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men.
Heb 12:14; Pursue peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no one will see the Lord.
1 Pet 3:11; "HE MUST TURN AWAY FROM EVIL AND DO GOOD; HE MUST SEEK PEACE AND PURSUE IT.

GOD wanted a Family too share His vast kingdom with ! God hates sin ! It Only took one sin to destory this planet and everything on it !
God knew a few would accept His free gift of life and then HE would have a family !

The end results the eternal results was what HE cared most about ! Was it worth it to see all this vile evil suffering junk too gain a family , made like our LORD JESUS ! He must hjave said ? YES!

One word - Reconciliation - which means to again establish a close relationship with.
Where as Adam previously caused the separation in the relationship between mankind and God.
Jesus Christ provided the appropriate reconciliation through His death.
Spiritual communication lines are now open between us and our father in heaven.
All is forgiven now, the rift has been healed, we are heaven bound.
Romans 5:11
And not only this, but we also exult in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.
2 Corinthians 5:18
Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation

namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
Christ came as the firstborn of the new creation (Col 1:15).
In each aspect of his human life on the Earth He accomplished certain things so that we can do the same things (eg heal the sick, cast out demons, overcome temptation of satan, do the will of the Father) etc. In other words He was a prototype of the new creation so the sons of God through faith in Him can achieve the same things by being indwelt by His Spirit.

Christ came to earth with a VISION and a carefully devised PLAN OF ACTION for achieving our need of personally revealed KNOWLEDGE OF GOD with all of its prospects, as promised in the Law of Moses (Ex. 3: 1-15), and the writing of the prophets in terms of the irrevocable terms of the “new covenant” (Jer. 31-31-34) "sealed" and delivered in his death on the cross (Matt. 26: 26-29; 27: 50-56).
This is the verifiable Gospel strategy!

When you look at the gospels you see Jesus on a daily basis everywhere, preaching the good news about His coming Kingdom.-Matthew 4:23
To me it seems Jesus' prime message was teaching about His coming Kingdom in His parables,-Matthew 13
Jesus commissioned His disciples to preach the gospel to every creature.Mark 16:15.
The question is: Was it a spiritual Kingdom or a physical Kingdom?

It was Both ! But the truth of the matter is ? GOD wanted a Family ! Made like JESUS CHRIST ! That would never sin and think like Jesus and Be like JESUS in every way !
He saw it All before He even Created the foundations of the Earth !
He understood how much evil junk He had to be able too deal with too gain such a perfect wonderful family to share his Vast Kingdom with !
God was Always Creator and there is no telling how much He has Created ?
What I have always wondered , is how are the angels dealing with this ? We gain a Very high place in His Kingdom 1 joint heirs with our LORD JESUS! I have to think ? That puts us above the Angels and all others creatures in His kingdom !
I Do not believe there is or will be Any Creations above us ever ! None He had created before or in the future !

God sent his prophets to try to persuade the evil people running the show in his garden and then he sent his only Son. The evil ones killed him as well. but it was their down fall due to that act. and in this we can see Jesus Christ is the true Son of God not just a Prophet.
He topped off the commandments giving the true light of truth and in doing all this, one can see our sinfulness is our down fall and to follow in him only is the light and the only way for ever and ever. amen

Christ came not to destroy the law but to fulfill it is what the word says.....as a blameless sacrifice for the sins of man .. To make a way back to fellowship with God that the law destroyed when abused by men for thier own gain an exalting ...but agin giving us a second chance at fellowship with God and Christ left us a great gift in the Holy Spirit so we even have wisdom through it to seek and find the things of God ....! What a woudergul God we serve to remove us from the bondage of the law . And bring us into His Presence in Grace...Rev

I think the angle answered judgenots question when he informed Mary what the nake of her baby was to be. "name Him Jesus, for He shall save His people from their sins". Matt. 1:21.
Jesus expounded on this a little further, saying of His own mission, "I am come to seek and save that which is lost." The continuing debate on most forums is 'How' did He do this, and to what extent.

Jesus him self says different. he came not to destroy the Law but to fulfill it. he finished it off. topped it all off.
So you must abide in him and if you don't you abide you are in Satan, you can not serve two masters. and OSAS is satanic lie a feeble one time event lie. that only gives comfort to filth. child molesters and murderers like OSAS. they are like the followers of the golden calf etc leading you astray..

I disagree. The question was, " Why did Christ come to earth?"
God already had a family - Genesis 6:2, 4, Job 1:6, 2:1, 38:7.
GOD wanted a family made like JESUS CHRIST!
All the creatures in heaven and Adam and Eve could sin ! Jesus could not sin 1 Nor can we . Once Born of GOD perfect seed!
God started a New Race of beings ! Made like our LORD JESUS!
Nothing was made before of GOD perfect SEED!
1Pe_1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
Jesus was the first and we followed !
If indeed we are Born of GOD ?

He came to save the world through Himself, His shed blood on the Cross.
John 12:47

This is the core focal point of the entire Gospel. GOD's love manifested in Jesus' atonement. He brought us freedom from guilt, judgement, condemnation, shame and eternal death. In exchange, He gave us eternal life, restored fellowship with GOD, peace, joy, strength, hope, wisdom, understanding, redemption.
