Why Christianty?

As believers in Christ, we all should have good reasons why we believe. What do you say when someone ask you ,,of the thousand religions, what makes you believe in Christianity?

1. Only religion that is grace we are saved; all the rest are work based religions, that to me is amazing.

2. Only religion that I know, you are actually born again, and given a new heart and spirit, and can judge for yourself is you have been changed or not !!

there are many reason, would love to hear some from everyone who believes, or even people why they do not believe

Ok let's start with your first statement. God's grace is a free gift which is the blood of Jesus Christ. We did not deserve this but The Father loved us and sent his son to die for us. In order to accept that gift you need to keep the commandments (works) and in order to retain that gift you need to keep the commandments (works). In others words the blood will only cover your sins as long as you make an attempt to do the commandments. Every man will be judged according to his or her works (Revelation 20: 12 - 13). People become Christians because Roman Christianity teaches we don't need to do anything Christ did it all then why are we still here? Why do I need to go to church? Why do anything if Christ did it all? Jesus Christ is a sin offering. So when we sin through ignorance by his grace we get mercy.

Romans 6: 1 - 2
1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?

2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

So if I can't continue in sin then it is necessary to define sin

1 John 3: 4
4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

What law? The Royal law of course because no man is justified by the works of the law of animal sacrifice

Exodus 20: 1 - 17
1 And God spake all these words, saying,

2 I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.

5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

7 Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

15 Thou shalt not steal.

16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.

It is mans whole duty to observe and do these commandments.

Ecclesiastes 12: 13 - 14
13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

Again, you will be judge according to your works. Peace to you and have a good day.

What is a work-based religion? Christianity and most true disciples understand that they sow few seeds in order to bring fruits to whom that which none shall bear.

Those who have sinned by nature of exiting The Womb as both The Product Of Sin and a Living Sin sometimes find that Baptism provides reason and guidance to fight off The Truth.

Being Baptized generally happens extremely later in ones life, many times right before death, as the book intended.

You don’t have to reach for clever arguments. The answer is already settled by what God has actually said.

Christianity stands alone because it is not man reaching up to God. It is God coming down to save sinners.

Every other system puts the burden on man. Do enough. Be enough. Earn it. But Scripture says the exact opposite: “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast” ~Ephesians 2:8-9. That immediately separates the gospel from every man-made religion.

But it goes deeper than that.

Christianity is not just a belief system. It is a new birth. Jesus said plainly, “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” ~John 3:3. This is not external religion. This is God changing the heart. “A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you” ~Ezekiel 36:26. That is something no religion can produce, because it is not man’s work. It is God’s.

And here’s the dividing line most people miss.

Christianity is rooted in a person, not a system. Jesus did not say “I show the way.” He said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” ~John 14:6. That is exclusive. That is not one option among many. That is the only door.

So when someone asks, “Why Christianity out of thousands of religions?” the honest answer is simple:

Because only one deals truthfully with sin, only one provides a Savior instead of a system, and only one is backed by the authority of God’s Word.

Scripture makes it plain: “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved” ~Acts 4:12.

Everything else leaves you trying to climb your way to God.

The gospel tells you the truth you need to hear: you can’t. That’s why Christ came.
