Who Justifieth the Ungodly

All that believe are or have been Justified !

Even though false religionists dont believe it, wont accept it, nevertheless it must be preached, but only those who have been Justified, by the Merits of Christ's blood shed for them, do and can believe ! The reason why the masses of people dont believe and will not believe on Christ, its simply this ,They cannot because they were never of His Sheep Jn 10:26

26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.

So they cannot believe Jn 12:37-39

37 But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not

38 That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed?

39 Therefore they could not believe, because that Esaias said again,

God gives only them Christ actually died for the ability to believe on Him, for His sake Phil 1:29, those only for whom He suffered and died, and by that, did satisfy all His Law and Justice FOR THEM ! All for whom He died He made them declared Righteous Rom 5:18-19

18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

And to them this Righteousness and Justification of Life is revealed to God given Faith Rom 1:16-17

16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

Understand, The Gospel makes known to them that Christ died for, the results of His death, Righteousness to them and or Justification of Life, For they had been freely Justified by His Grace through the Redemption [its efficacious value] that is ni Christ Jesus Rom 3:24

24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:12

All that believe are or have been Justified! 2

Again, the point being made here is that only those already Justified believe as an evidence of the fact !

Now the word Justified in Rom 3:24

Being justified freely [without conditions by us] by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

Its the greek word dikaioō:

I.
to render righteous or such he ought to be

II.
to show, exhibit, evince, one to be righteous, such as he is and wishes himself to be considered

III.
to declare, pronounce, one to be just, righteous, or such as he ought to be

As we can see, one of its fundamental meanings is to render Righteous, to regard as Righteous, so its very appropriate to translate the verse as follows Rom 3:24

Being made Righteous freely by his grace through dia[because of] the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

Yes, by that fact alone, not because of their Faith, or Repentance, or Calling on the Name of the Lord, but solely and completely by His Blood. Now understand, all such ones, shall have their Free Gift of Righteousness and acquittal made known to them, or revealed to them, by a Powerful persuasion of the Gospel as the Power of God in the Hand of the Spirit, by this powerful persuasion they do believe, and so it is, all that come to believe by the Power of the Gospel, had been Justified from all things, and of course all who never come to believe by Spiritual persuasion, its simply because they were not of the Sheepfold Jn 10:26

26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.

And so they never had the Right to believe, nor the ability Jn 12:37-39

37 But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him:

38 That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed?

39 Therefore they could not believe, because that Esaias said again,

And they were never Justified from all things!

Discharged by His death !

Anyone Christ died for is a Justified person, because through Christ Christ's death for him or her, they have been discharged, acquitted of all guilt and sin before God's Law and Justice, Heb 1:3

3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:

Listen, all for whom He died, He purged their sins and then sat down at the Right Hand of the Majesty on High, God !

The word purged is the greek word katharismos and it does mean:

C.a cleansing from the guilt of sins wrought by the expiatory sacrifice of Christ

They have been cleansed from the penalty and guilt of their sins, they have been made clean. They have been discharged , declared not guilty, and neither shall any charges ever be laid to their account, they are these Rom 4:8

8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

No, not now, not never, being that Christ has taken away the guilt and penalty of it forever ! 12

Justifieth the ungodly !

Rom 4:5

5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

One of the most popular and damnable heresies in false antichrist religion is that Faith, which pleases God Heb 11:6 is a condition for man to do, to act before God does Justify him; BUT thats a lie against the Truth and against God's Grace, the fact is, those for whom Christ died are Justified /made righteous by that single act of His alone Rom 5:19 and that while they are in themselves still being ungodly, even enemies Rom 5:10 !

Justifying the ungodly is in the present tense and ungody is preceded by the definite article :

τῷ δὲ μὴ ἐργαζομένῳ πιστεύοντι δὲ ἐπὶ τὸν δικαιοῦντα τὸν ἀσεβῆ λογίζεται ἡ πίστις αὐτοῦ εἰς δικαιοσύνην

This means they were being counted as Justified/made Righteous while they were the ungodly ! That word ungodly means :

I.destitute of reverential awe towards God, condemning God, impious

Remember earlier Paul wrote of the state of the natural man by nature Rom 3:18

18 There is no fear of God before their eyes.

Yes, while those whom Christ died are in that ungodly state, they are being Justified, hence , God hath because of Christ Justified the ungodly !

You see one cannot act faith in Christ, which act pleases God, and that be the cause of God Justifying them, when one is Justified while being ungodly, and a ungodly person cannot and does not please God with one single act of theirs !

That thought in fact is negated at the very start with Paul's statement "But to him that worketh not" which can be rendered also "But to the one not yet acting"

This again denotes being Justified without any act of theirs being done or considered ! 12

Contrary to Justification by Grace !

It would be totally contrary to Justification by Grace Rom 3:24

24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

Titus 3:7

7 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

Neither would it be freely, if it Justification, if its conditioned upon faith, for then it would make that a condition which is also required by the Law, for it is written Matt 23:23

23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

Who can deny that Jesus here specifically Identifies Faith as one of the weightier matters of the Law ? And that its something done !

So for those of you that teach Justification before God by mans faith, you are teaching Justification by doing one of the weightier matters of the Law and there is no escaping that conclusion, and so must be in contradiction of Rom 3:20

Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin , as well as contradicting Justification by Grace ! 12

Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven !

Those Christ died for are forgiven of sins before they believe, and while they are enemies, and the reason for this blessedness Rom 4:7-8

7 Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.

8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute si
n.

The reason for this blessedness is that aforetime, God had laid or caused to meet their sins upon Christ Isa 53:6

6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

And by this Divine Act of imputation, all those persons whom sins, iniquities had been laid upon Him, they received from God the Judge of all men, acquittal and discharge from them, or they were Justified from them ! Now when did this happen ? When did God lay their sins upon Him ? Well if we look at our text Isa 53:6, the deed was done in the past tense, though His coming to die was yet future from the time of the writing, for it was the Eternal Purpose of God that made the act eternally accomplished, so much so that He was slain from the foundation Rev 13:8 ! Slain for what ? For the sins laid upon upon Him Isa 53:6 ! 12
