Which apostles?

The following is just a question. I don't know the answer, and perhaps no one but God knows. But I'm interested in people's opinions on this.

Rev 21:13 There were three gates on the east and three gates on the north and three gates on the south and three gates on the west.
Rev 21:14 And the wall of the city had twelve foundation stones, and on them were the twelve names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.

Which twelve? Would you include Judas Iscariot?
Perhaps Matthias.
Acts 1:26 And they drew lots for them, and the lot fell to Matthias; and he was added to the eleven apostles.

Many would say Paul.
But is it possible that Judas, even in betrayal, actually did the will of God?

Act 1:16 "Brethren, the Scripture had to be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit foretold by the mouth of David concerning Judas, who became a guide to those who arrested Jesus.
Act 1:17 "For he was counted among us and received his share in this ministry."

As I said, I don't really know. Just curious what you think about it.

To be qualified as an Apostle are listed here.

Act 1:22 Beginning from the baptism of John, unto that same day that he was taken up from us, must one be ordained to be a witness with us of his resurrection.

Judas never witnessed the resurrection of Jesus so he would have been disqualified from being an Apostle of the Lamb.

I would offer,

In that parable it is used to represent the bride or wife of Christ (Christian's)
In order to represent the whole, he used twelve a remnant of the many that are listed to. Twelve represents the authority of God. Twelve gates as tribes or families to represent all the saints on the Old Testament side and twelve foundation walls as apostles. The apostles sent out of the gates together making one wife the church.

In Revelation the tribe of Dan was left out. Dan used to represent death the letter of the law by false prophecy
The death by hanging or falling back and breaking neck used that way throughout the Bible

Genesis 49:17 Dan shall be a serpent by the way, an adder in the path, that biteth the horse heels, so that his rider shall fall backward.

While twelve represent full authority thirteen in parables are those who rebel against true prophecy and fall backward breaking neck the unredeemed

Genesis 14:4 Twelve years they served Chedorlaomer, and in the thirteenth year they rebelled.

In the same way Judas, the thirteenth. Thirteen from the word three .Three denotes the end of a matter. Strike three fall back and break neck

Neither Dan (13) nor Judas (13) will be part of the new order

Christ as the I AM demonstrates in John below the falling back rider bitten by false prophecy .First he used the I AM power of life and death to show the power of death fall back at the sound of a word.
