[Amos 9:2 KJV] "Though they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down:"
[Revelation 5:3 KJV] "And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon."
[Revelation 5:13 KJV] "And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, [be] unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever."
I think these verses locate hell. Hell has two compartments. The wicked are in torment. The righteous are in comfort in Abraham's bosom.
Amos speaks of digging into hell and Revelations speaks of men under the earth. This language places hell under the earth. Isn't it interesting that the earth's core is molten.
[Revelation 20:14 KJV] "And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death."
Those in hell will be cast into the lake of fire.
