many times we just post messages just for the sake of posting, we mostly don't post it prayerfully believing what we are sharing has a power to change peoples life.

Words shared with the power of the holy spirit has the ability to, heal the sick, comfort the weak, save the lost.

Other wise it will just raise the number of our posts and add more work to Chad or the moderators.

Philippians 3:7-15
7 But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ.
8 Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ
9 and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith;
10 that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death,
11 if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.
12 Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me.
13 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead,
14 I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

God bless

I think you just did what you told us not to do

lol nermeen you're to funny.

Great post sis, I know I post alot, but its just that, when you find something that speaks to you, you have to share it. When you wake up in worship, the Holy spirit always sends stuff.

But I know its worth it when my inbox have thank you's,, because I know others are being blessed

God bless

I agree with you Abigya, Let us consider what we post, My pastor once taught us that whenever we stand infront of God's people or speak to them ,make sure the words that come forth have been inspired of God thus, will definately transform someone's life. That is very true, these are God's chosen ones and very precious in His eyes, whatever you say to them know that you're accountable, as simple as that.

We should keep in mind that we've got different personalities viewing these messages, some are heart broken and they've come to seek restoration in that word, some are sick..others need just that one word your posting to lift them up from that situation and keep them going....and some depend entirely on the word you're sending to enrich their souls for they are not allowed to have fellowship or go to church etc. So let us be considerate and ask God to lead us before posting a message.

We can ask ourselves, does this message Glorify God? Will it minister to someones need? Will it transform his/her situation for good? Will it challenge that person for the glory of God? The ball is on your side.
:peace:

I agree with everyone about praying before you post and I also want to add that if we post we must post with the purpose of building and not breaking.

When I have a message that touched my heart I think it is worth sharing, because there are people in similar circumstances as me that will also benefit from the message.

I usually learn a lot from the posts because someone else may have an insight that I don't have, specially when I'm down and don't see the whole picture.
Don't be afraid to share, even if it benefits only one person, God's purpose was reached regarding that post for that one person.

We must not post in haste without praying but we must also not be too careful and disobey the Spirit of God.

That is very true, I think thats how most debates take place, people get offended and post from their emotions rather than..the Holy Spirit.

We need to be humble and see others through Christ eyes..don't be so quick to judge because we all come from different back grounds. Instead try to figure out what the person meant or simply asking them.
Then take it to God in prayer..test it using the bible.

People tend to make it all about them, when people say thnks rizen I say give God the glory, because every message comes from him.

I'm nothing but a instrument.

God bless Ann great addition

Most importantly..we must post in Love
