If you had one last opportunity to talk with some of your closer friends, what would you say?
Would you say that you're the real deal? That you love the Lord while heartedly and serve Him with humility? That you love others deeply and have shed many tears for them? That you've endured many things and stayed true to God's call?
Would you say that you're a one-message man? That you can't stop talking about the need to repent, turn to God, and have faith in Jesus? That you can't stop talking about it publicly and privately? That you stick to that one message regardless of what other men will say and think and do?
Would you say that you're an open-handed man? That you constantly guard your heart's affections? That you don't covert a nicer house, a more expensive car, or a world-class vacation? That you give generously to those in need? That you never compromise your standards for the sake of making more money?
Prayer: Lord, help me walk the talk. I want to be proud of the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ. I want to be a generous man who meets the needs of many. Work in and through me, I pray.
