"And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption." Ephesians 4:30
I'm not looking to stir up any controversy with this subject, I'm only asking questions, I'm not set in any view.
I just want to know, when you grieve the Holy Spirit, do you feel it physically? I only notice this specific pain inside when I'm not doing something God would want, and it gets so bad sometimes I just have to stop what I'm doing and ask God what's wrong, the pain disappears literally within seconds and He usually reveals what He wants when I'm really listening! I want to be absolutely sure, is this the Holy Spirit, is this what it means to grieve it? I realize God speaks to us all in different ways. Has anyone else felt what I'm talking about? I can't really place the exact location but it's physical, and the only place I can really pinpoint is my chest area, I don't have any heart problems, as it only happens when I disobey God. Thanks and God bless!
