Hi there,
Has anyone else signed up for The Way of the Master evangelism course? I joined the online school a while back but have only just got down to looking at the lessons - so far so good - i am really impressed. Also i am reading Ray Comfort's book The Way of the Master - i can't get enough of this material - its as if its demystifying evangelism and its so well thought out and well balanced - well its based on scripture so i guess it would be.

I'm actually thinking about doing it.
I'm a huge fan of Ray Comfort and Kirk, materials.

they pretty much do what the bible shows Paul doing. They do not present Jesus as some soft guy that will be a nice pal, but as the only one that can save your life and without Him you go to eternal separation from God. None of this 'excuse me but I dont want to offend you, so if you want I can tell you how you can live forever stuff'. It's straight up and the bible says the Gospel is offensive to those who will not know the King!!!

Well i just went a little mad ordering things through Way of the Master - Ray Comfort has done this book called What Hollywood Believes which looks really good and is recommended for giving as an evangelistic gift to non-Christians. Also, through their ministry their is a dvd called The Greatest Gamble where they visit Las Vegas - which i thought would be great for my dad (an avid gambler) and my son (who wants to go to Las Vegas when he's older).
I am so excited about these materials - i also ordered some tracts to deliver to my neighbours. I just wish that this teaching was more embraced by our church - but maybe one day it will be.
Before having this teaching explained to me, i never realised that it was so necessary to point people to the Law - the Ten Commandments first, so that they realise their need of repentance, before sharing the Gospel.
