Victor’s Song
I will walk the fields of heaven
and soar above the peak
I will run and not grow weary
the swiftest of the fleet
I will look in awesome wonder
upon the face of God
And bow before the Lamb
who wields His staff and rod
I will fly with wings of eagles
and sing a Song of Love
Sure and swift as lightning
yet gentle as a dove
I will lay down all my cares
before the Throne of Grace
And celebrate deliverance
from Satan’s hateful waste
And I will search for you
among the joyful throng
And we will be together
where the beloved belong
We will walk the fields of heaven
and soar above the peak
We will run and not grow weary
the swiftest of the fleet
