Urgent prayer: my mother's brother

Hi guys,

Please pray for my mother's brother. His name is Jan.

He is currently in the intensive care unit due to his heart giving in.

My mom drove the entire day to go to him and she only arrived there a few minutes ago, it's already 10pm at night here.

Kindly keep him in your daily thoughts and prayers. My mom feels so bad because she hasn't seen him in at least 5 years and it will break her heart if he dies before she can say goodbye.

I trust in Jesus however to restore this man, who is in his 40's and I pray that He will be swift.

My mom was in a state of absolute shock and tears yesterday, it was purely by the grace of God that she arrived safe at her destination as she was crying the whole time.

Please continue to pray for Jan, that he may get well and for the whole family that is by his side, let them find peace and assurance in God.

The doctors have discharged him from hospital today, they say he should go home since there is nothing they can do for him. His heart is swollen and the muscles are weak, they can't do a heart bypass or anything.

I trust in God that He will make a way and give this man the life he deserves.

He has lived in poverty all his life, getting by with the least, with a wife who treats him like rubbish.

My mom is with him and we are thinking of her.

Please give me some Bible verses to forward to my mom to read for Jan.

May God have mercy for Jan right now. Be with him and give him peace. Enable Jan to trust in Your great love for him, for sending people who love him to visit him during this time of need, trusting that GOD You love him no matter what and is watching over him even though he couldn't see You.

Bless him and see him through during this period of time GOD. May your Words be his strength and help and may your guardian angel watch over him.
