Remember Jesus on the cross?Remember what he said in Mat 27:46? My God My God why has't though forsaken me? Most think he was crying in pain out.But look here!! (Psalm 22:1-3!!) Jesus was praising God in him for the deliverence!! And God truly does inhabit the praises of his people! Praise in giving thanks daily in the very will of God for each of our lives!( 1 Thess 5:16-18) Praise can be different from others who praise.Praise for some is being seen in there praise,so men and women can pat them on there back for there fine words.But This is not the Praise I am talking about brothers and sisters! The praise I am talking about comes deep within the believer,it is the very Praise of Holy Spirit in you giving such thanks to God in Christ Jesus for what you have,and for the promises the believer has already received.
Praise is not always yelled out,but solemn as well. When God's people are going through a large storm in there lives,Praise can be heard. ( psalm 91:1)Remember when I spoke on the blood being this,well praise for such blood also dwells here.( matt 21:16) Praise is also prepared for! Praise can also be sung, like in psalm 8:2-9) praise results in good deeds to!( Titus 2:14) Angels also hear our praise!They long to look!( 1 peter 1:12) For the salvation of every woman, and every man is longed for by every angel! And all angels wish to understand and long for the understanding of praise by God's own people.They were created to praise,we are created by God to LEAD!!! in such praise!
To revel God own Property,which is who we are in him! Created to both Praise and follow in good works from Holy Spirit in us! ( rom 11:33-36) verse 34!! Spoken of later as well in 1 cor 2:16!) Holy Spirit has such the mind in us! What does praise result in one may ask? What is the reward of such praise given by our Lord Jesus because we love him so much!! I can tell you brothers and sisters!!I can sure tell you! But first let me show you a prime example from God's own Word! ready!!! Acts 16:22-31! Many years ago a brother and his wife visted Rome,they wish to see the place where Paul ans Silas were emprisoned. What they saw,is nothing like any of the prisons we have in our land! There was an 8-10 foot hole dug,this is where the man was placed in,looking above them is a large window,which can be opened to bring down a basket of food or whatever to the prisoner.
As they stood in the very place, it was very cold and very damp! Now with this picture in your mind let me continue. They were beaten with rods,they were struck with many blows!( verse 22-23) there feet were in stocks, so they could not run,or move very quickly,and the pain they had to be in during this time, could not be hardly imagined! So what did they do?Did they cry out for mercy? Did they grumble or complain?They sure had reason to!!! verse 25 But about midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns of praise to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.
Which means brothers and sister they were not speaking softly as one might expect!! LOL There praises were booming out so loud that others could hear it, and be encouraged! And now the result! verse 26 AND SUDDENLY!!!!!!!!! It is time brothers and sisters for your AND SUDDENLY!! Many of you are in such distress,Some could be without food,maybe a bill has come in you cannot pay right now.It is time for our AND SUDDENLY!! I have been there brothers and sisters! When asked mark what will you do? I said I will call a 3 day fast to praise the Lord for what he already has given me! On day 2 my AND SUDDENLY appeared!! A knock on my apartment door with an old woman there with a basket full of food and money she had gathered for our family! LUCK??? LOL No Brothers and sisters not luck PRAISE!!!!!!
I had a college bill due in 3 days 450.00 i had not the money ,i was working 3 jobs just to make ends meat as it was! I had no car,i walked to each job,and some of those jobs were miles from my home! Did I grumble or complain to God??No i used those steps to praise God for what he has done for me,and for what he will cause to me his child! AND SUDDENLY!!!! CAME!!! As I had little money on my break from work I went to the market across from work to buy a kitkat candy bar, that was all i could afford at the time. Upon paying for it, the market gave me a ticket,they were holding a raffle at the store,a ticket with 3 rows to scratch off, I scratched off the first 2 rows and the only match was at the top 2 bars,3bars= 1000.00 Dollars.
As i stood there, SUDDENLY a voice I could only hear said to me, "behold thy faith today has brought you deliverance unto my Wonderful name!" I gave the ticket to the cashier,and said i won the thosand dollars!! LOl She looked at me as if I was some alien!! LOL Ah sir you did not even scratch the last row yet! I said i know, i do not have to, the Holy Spirit told me i won!! LOL She kind of went backwards as i said this, as if her body was confiming my very words. I said here, you scratch off the last row for me,and see for yourself,she took out a quarter and did,and there were 3 bars! The Praising of and for our Jesus causes AND SUDDENLY!!!
I have had many and Suddenly in my lifetime,and all I hope,( rom 15:13) this hope!! assured hope!! Through the love of jesus in me,if for each of you to have yours!!You will never forget them either! And your testimony will turn a page in your life to where many do not wish to read further because of the blessing they to receive from Jesus in you on the very page they both read and see! Now lets get back to Paul and Silas AND SUDDENLY!!! verse 26-27! A great earthquake comes!!WHY!! All the doors of the prison are now open, not just Paul and Silas!!ALL opened by the power of God himself! verse 27 now the jailer awoke and saw this! he thought oh my!! I am responsible for this, they will have my head for this!! So i will take out my sword and just end my life! verse 28 paul cried out, meaning very loud DO NOT HARM YOURSELF!!! For we are all here!! Why brothers and sisters?? Why would they all stay?
Because when you are in the very presence of God, where is it that you wish to go?? A preacher once said" i would rather stay in God's precence for 30min then to own the whole world!" AMEN!! I SO agree! So did these who were in prisoned! The jailer then bought in lights and when he came upon paul and Silas he fell before them.He fell before them because God was present in them and with them! (verse28-29) Now the jailer brought both Paul and Silas out of there prison and asked what must I do to be saved! The jailer is about to get his AND SUDDENLY!!!( verse 30)
Now look what happenes to Paul and Silas!! The jailer took them, cleaned them both up, and took them to his own house!!!( 31-34!!) His whole house had there AND SUDDENLY!! The Lord Jesus as I can also tell you, like Paul and Silas can, comes in praise! He arrives to give those who praise him there AND SUDDENLY!! How long one has to endure depends greatly upon how much you praise! For the Word of the Lord comes upon those who praise,and says to them the same he said to jeremiah!!( jer 1:11-12!!) I AM!!!!! Watching over my own Word to do what brothers and sisters??? AMEN!! Preform it! When!!! Not if!! When your AND SUDDENLY comes, and it surely will come,you will understand these words Holy Spirit has given me to speak unto us all! Now may the peace of God which surpassess all understanding keep all of hearts and all of our minds in and through our Most BLESSED Christ Jesus our Lord!! PRAISE GOD!!! FOREVERMORE!!!
