Billy Graham speaks about God’s unchanging law:
The moral law has not changed. "Thou shalt have no other gods before me." "Honor thy father and thy mother." That law has not changed. "Thou shalt not steal." Look at the robberies and the cheating in school and the problems we have. We didn't have much cheating in the school I went to many years ago. Do you know why? The principal had a special room, and he had a way of making people change when they came out. But the way of salvation has not changed either.
