Make your new resolution a revolution!
The beginning of the year people always make resolution to loose weight, find a better job, quit drinking, smoking, or drugs but you can have everyone of those resolutions become a revolution!
Victoriously in Jesus Christ!
For starters lets evaluate what the meaning of these two words mean.
Webster:
: rev•o•lu•tion \'re-v€-"lü-sh€n\ n 2: ROTATION 3 : a sudden, radical, or complete change
res•o•lu•tion \'re-z€-"lü-sh€n\ n 1 : the act or process of resolving 2 : the action of solving; also : SOLUTION 3 : the quality of being resolute : FIRMNESS, DETERMINATION 4 : a formal statement expressing the opinion, will, or intent of a body of persons
In my past I can honestly see that without applying Jesus to my life those resolutions were no more then a bunch of determination with unanswered results.
When I have applied Christ to those goals then the ball got rolling and became victory after victory.
A New Year is coming. What do you want in this New Year? What would you like to see happen in your life? Are you willing to lay down some flesh for a new life in him?

Jesus can set you free and make you a new creation in him. He is the door way to new life in righteousness without him there is only death.
Time and Time I my self has looked back at the years of resolutions I never successfully finished or achieved. It wasn’t till I let God lead my life till I become successful in any of the areas I wanted to attack and complete.
Through the blood of Jesus you can turn those resolutions into revolutions! His word says what ever you ask in my name it will be done! He never said maybe or he cant he said it will be done! See there is victory in Jesus name!
I still have many more revolutions to achieve but I can’t do them without the help of the Holy Spirit who guides and directs me. I have too obeyed and walk by the word of God to overcome every obstacle.
Its kind of like wanting to loose weight yet your on a treadmill eating a peace of cake at the same time. Defeats the purpose. You’re not going to get to your goals if you don’t exercise a little obedience.
I have a favorite scripture that a lot of times I use to explain consequences to my children when they are being punished. I tell them Obedience is better then sacrifice.
The little sacrifices we lay down each beginning year are nothing with out applying what matters most, which is Christ. Obedience is where you will grow in him with trust and faith. So ask your self today what will your New Year be a resolution or are you going to make it a revolution!
The word says we become a new creation when we make Jesus our Lord and Savior. Through him are the answers and only through him is the victory. Jesus is Lord!
Well God Bless you all, I hope every one of you achieve your new goals and desires. May God bless you in all you do with prosperity physically, financially, and spiritually? In every area of your walk in him.
Sincerely Michelle Ross

Gal 6:13-16
14May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. 15 Neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything; what counts is a new creation. 16Peace and mercy to all who follow this rule, even to the Israel of God.

2 Cor 5:13-21
14For Christ's love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. 15And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.

16So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. 17Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! 18All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: 19that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. 20We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God. 21God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
(from The Holy Bible: New International Version.
