Ah yes, the age old question. Which is more important, truth or love. I would answer it with this verse....
John 14:6 "Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7 If you really know me, you will know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.”
The Most important fact of Jesus, the Son of God is that He is the WAY. (To Salvation and a life with Abba Father).... The next important fact is that Jesus is the TRUTH. (To so many questions that unsaved folk have, that they need absolute TRUTH in order to make a valid decision)....Lastly, Jesus is the LIFE. (To the LOVE of Jesus to redeem lost folk so that they can experience true LIFE or living with Abba Father and serving our Lord Jesus Christ).
Jesus is the WAY the TRUTH and the LIFE.
Way produces direction.
Truth produces confidence to receive, and the exercise of the gift of Faith.
Life produces the energy of the Holy Spirit to Love and produce works of righteousness.
These are just some simple thoughts I had when viewing this wonderful thread....Please add anything you might see in my thoughts.
