I'm proud to announce to my fellow Christians on this board that today, the 3rd of July, was a day of great enlightenment in the city of Chicago. My church and I had been planning an event like this for quite some time now, and I can't even begin to explain how happy I am that it has come into fruition.
Essentially, we invited all of Cook county to join us in the vacant lot down the block from the church on this day. Everyone brought all the godless books they could find, and we piled them all into a giant bonfire! Of course, everyone rejoiced in the knowledge that our city had been purified of the works of fake biologists and purveyors of witchcraft. We will not stand for this filth being pushed down our childrens' throats.
The barbecue wasn't bad either
