And who could even guess i would end up attending a "Missionary' Reformed Bible College. who sent Missionaries into The jungles and so forth and witness 1st hand account of some of those stories.

There have been some outstanding stories about women and their walk with "GOD". And "Amy Carmichael" sure is one them.

Hello @PloughBoy,

Amy Carmichael's little book, 'Mimosa' was a joy. Telling the story of a young girl, whose Hindu Father could not afford to send both his daughters to the mission to be educated, but Mimosa went along with him to take her sister there. She overheard the gospel and believed what she heard, and took her new found faith back to the village with her father, and lived as she was expected to live according to the customs of her people, but her heart was the Lord's, and she waited on Him with her apron held out to receive His blessings, and grew in grace and truth and in the knowledge of Him experientially, alone and unaided. I don't remember the details now, but it was such a blessing to me.
