What have you got in your hands?
'OTHERS GAVE WHAT THEY'LL NEVER MISS...SHE GAVE HER ALL.' MARK 12:44
Did you know that Jesus is the master of making a little go a long way? He fed five thousand people with five loaves and two fish; he turned six huge jars of water into gallons and gallons of wine and made money come out of a fish to pay the local taxman! What's that about? It's amazing to think that Jesus Christ the Saviour of the world wants to spend time with you! Not only that, He wants to take hold of your gifting and talents and make them grow and grow. All you need to do is be available. So just how do you make yourself available to God? Start by saying to Him, 'God, I know I don't have much to offer You, but what I do have, I want You to take and make into something awesome. I want what I do to count; but I know it will only count if You are number one in my life.'
In the Bible Jesus bigged up a widow because she gives her last two pennies away out of her love for God. He thought it was so cool that He even pointed her out to His disciples, 'Others gave what they'll never miss...she gave her all' (Mark 12:44 TM).
If you are willing to give your 'all' to God, you'll be amazed at the amount He produces out of what you have given to Him. Whether it's your time, talents or money God is looking for a heart that is willing to be used in the great adventure of building His kingdom. Are you willing today?
