Confidence (2)
'Do not throw away your confidence.' HEBREWS 10:35
Three ways to boost your confidence:
1) Don't put your faith in your threads. It's good to have image; it's essential to know you're made in God's image. You may feel useless but in reality you're priceless. Even if nobody else had ever been born, Jesus would still have died just for you. Why? Because you're worth it!
2) Bag yourself a good mate, bin yourself a bad vibe. Bad vibes bring you down saying things like 'you'll never do it', 'you're too young', 'you're too stupid', 'you're not good enough'. A good mate is like gold dust. A good mate believes in you despite the odds, building you up, ever ready to share the struggle - bag yourself a good 'un.
3) Quit comparing yourself with others. So you can't shake your booty like Beyonce or scissor kick like Rooney. Remember God's given you stuff that they could never do. There'll only ever be one you. Only you can achieve what God has planned for you to do since before the beginning of time. Maybe you don't believe in you, but God does and always has. You come fully endorsed by the creator of the universe. 'God doesn't want you to be shy with his gifts, but bold and loving and sensible' (2 Timothy 1:7 The Message) What more reason do you want?
